Our light, airy two bedroom apartment is directly across the road from beautiful Mermaid Beach. Check out the surf from the balcony and stroll across the road to a patrolled beach. A number of funky restaurants/cafes are only a short two minute walk or walk ten minutes either north or south to find one of our local surf clubs where you can enjoy a drink or a meal overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean. With hosts who are life long Gold Coast locals we are happy to answer all your questions.

Peppermint Lodge (Private Studio), Nobby Beach

Your detached studio accommodation is located at the rear of the property with its own private lockable entry. It is renovated with a modern bathroom and mini kitchenette with all you need for your stay. The king size bed accommodates a couple or can be split for a twin share. Tea/coffee, towels and other small essentials included. The main residence is a restored original 1960's beach cottage. The private gated property is only a short stroll to patrolled surf beaches and Nobby Beach shops.

The Villa Palm Beach - 1 room private access abode

This apartment is in the best located area of Broadbeach.The name of the building is Sierra Grand located at 22 Surf Parade.The building has two entrances please always enter from the Surf Parade Entrance- you will see the 22 .

It is air conditioned with spacious living and dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Within a 5-10 min walk, there is everything for your convenience - Aldi,Coles, Miami Hotel, restaurants, Surf Club,takeaway ,coffee shops etc. Beautiful Burleigh Heads with its famous waves and trendy James St a short 15min walk.

In most cases you are only 10 minutes away from sought after venues like our Casino, Pacific Fair or Robina Shopping Centre. Or Relax & getaway from the hustle & bustle or have a swim in the shared Pool which you will mostly have to yourselves. You have exclusive use of your own bbq if you want to chill & wanted a night in.

The Space The apartment is a calm and relaxing two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. With two balconies, you have a choice of overlooking a quiet waterfall pool, while the larger rear balcony has a treetop outlook.

This is a beautiful place directly across the road from the beach. It's a brand new studio space on the bottom level of a multi million dollar home. You have private entry access with all the amenities you need. There’s cafes and restaurants only minutes walk away. There’s a kitchenette with microwave, small fridge and all the other basic kitchen appliances you’ll need. King bed, and a portable cot, air con/heater, washer/dryer, bath, shower, toilet and a large wardrobe.
