The townhouse is discretely located a few minutes walk from little cove beach, with the boardwalk to Hastings street in one direction and the entry to the national park in the other. It has recently been renovated with a modern living/dining & kitchen area equipped with Miele appliances. It also includes private roof terrace, downstairs court yard with bbq area, air conditioning, laundry, downstairs toilet, built-in wardrobes, newly carpeted bedrooms, outdoor shower and undercover car port.

Studio 17 is a separate self contained one bedroom, air-conditioned studio with private entry and off street parking. Located on our premises and just 3-5 minutes to Hastings Street by car (40 minutes if walking) and Noosa Junction dining, the studio is also located within walking distance to Noosa's Farmer's Markets, Noosa River, cafes, restaurants and Aldi for grocery shopping. Not suitable for anyone who has a problem with stairs or other mobility issues.
