Serge was helpful with marathon weekend details and was very responsive. House is as described, quite spacious and easily sleeps 8 adults. The game room includes billiards, darts, a massage chair, and 3 comfortable theater chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare large family meals. It’s a 30 minute walk to the Newton Center green line train stop, which is recommended for transportation to and from downtown Boston. The price was a little high, but everything in the area was increased for marathon weekend. Would recommend.

Beautiful home and lovely host. We enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms were spacious and the back deck was so nice to have. The home was very clean and lots of spaces to spread out. Regina, the host, was always responsive to any questions. We hope to stay here again.

Karen’s home truly is cozy. We were here two weeks before Christmas and it was decorated and beautiful. Beds are comfortable, the kitchen was clean and well stocked, nice big fluffy towels and I loved the shower! We have stayed in several,places in the Boston area and this is one of the best. Even my dogs loved it!

Sue was so communicative and the house was beautiful! Great time and highly recommend!

A great base while my child attended a sailing course at Duxbury Bay Maritime School. This is a lovely area. Bogs, salt marshes, beaches. The house was very clean and beds super comfortable. Sunset over the pond is beautiful ! Advertised as max 8 people though there is only bed space for 4. Having said that, there is plenty of space in the house for more people with air mattresses. Only other comment is that there is not much in the kitchen. Nespresso machine but no pods. No other coffee maker that I saw. Salt and pepper in the cupboard but nothing else. No pasta strainer. Small things that didn't overall impact our experience but worth mentioning.

Grace has a beautiful house! Everything was super convenient, handy and easy for us as first time Boston visitors. We had a great time at Grace’s home, definitely will come back again. For both the city and Grace’s hospitality:)

Anyone going to Marshfield or Boston pick this place! Adam was fantastic and soo responsive! The house had all the little extras to make it feel like home. It was very clean and offered early arrival without being requested! it is within walking distance to the beach and driving distance to a local lighthouse! Definitely the place to stay!

Great bright modern space for both working and relaxation - within easy reach of essentials. Hosts were very communicative and helpful.

This cozy space in a beautiful coastal neighborhood was perfect for a 1-night stay for myself, my husband, and our two dogs. Hosts were friendly and easy to work with. We found everything we needed.

Jonathan's place was outstanding. It had everything we needed for a week in the Boston area with our two kids. We felt right at home. It was walkable to public transportation and nearby shops and restaurants. There was ample street parking for our rental car. Jonathan was very communicative prior to and throughout the stay. He and his wife were super nice and gave great recommendations. And there was a bonus neighborhood cat who came by every day for a visit! 5 stars, we would absolutely stay here again.

Regina was very responsive and patient with my many questions and comments re: parking, check in, air freshener/odor from the previous tenants, and more. My son and I stayed 4 nights and played at the park across the street almost every day. The (LEED certified) building was clean and quiet. Entry instructions were easy to follow. Saturday night street noise in late April was minimal. Nighttime street light was fine. The shower water pressure was "eco-friendly," but plenty hot. We found free parking 1 block away for all 4 nights. The neighborhood felt safe. We walked to the Kendall Sq. T station, Science Museum, riverwalk and several restaurants. Note: If you need a Charlie ticket/card, only one of the Kendall Sq. station entrances has ticket vending—don't give up! There is an amazing ice cream place a couple blocks away, (Toscanini's). We sampled nearby bakeries (Tatte, Boulangerie, Bakey), and highly recommend Bakey for any of the babkas or "broissants." We'd love to return.

We had a lovely time staying at Julie's unit. My husband and I and our small dog enjoyed our stay. Julie is very easy to communicate with and responsive. The bed is comfortable in a spacious bedroom. The other areas are comfortable and nice. I used the office area to work and appreciated the additional monitor and spacious desk. The unit is conveniently located near two large grocery stores, Star Market and Shop N Stop, and numerous restaurants a few minutes to get to. We ate outdoors with our dog at the seafood restaurants by the beach and also enjoyed a lot of take out from the numerous Asian restaurants on Hancock. It was handy to be able to use the washer and dryer downstairs. We appreciated the on premise parking space. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe. We took frequent walks with our small dog and the neighbors are friendly. There are many appliances to use including two coffee pots, spices, and condiments. Julie is a great host. We would stay again.

The location is so close to everything in scituate. Lance was friendly and his space was exactly as advertised and very clean. It is in the basement of the house but there is a private entrance in the back that was nice but does need some lighting. The space worked perfectly for our short stay.
