Excellent location! Great stay for a family away from home! House was magnificent and modern. Beautiful upstairs with an open layout and a downstairs living room. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Close to the Newton center to access the (T)rain so Boston is easily accessible. Great communication with Amir! He responded quickly with any questions I had! Would definitely come back for another family vacation!

Probably the most enchanting and creative place I’ve ever stayed! Bright, clean and colorful! Brenna and Kyle were friendly, helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

Serge was helpful with marathon weekend details and was very responsive. House is as described, quite spacious and easily sleeps 8 adults. The game room includes billiards, darts, a massage chair, and 3 comfortable theater chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare large family meals. It’s a 30 minute walk to the Newton Center green line train stop, which is recommended for transportation to and from downtown Boston. The price was a little high, but everything in the area was increased for marathon weekend. Would recommend.

UNBRIDLED JOY. Dara and Paige's house is welcoming right away, with a comfortable open living, dining, and kitchen area filled with fun, bright decor. The house radiates joy and fun and comfort. My friend and I took a last-minute getaway here, and it was exactly what we needed. The colors are both cheerful and calm, and the place is furnished for relaxing cozily. We had a blast shopping the items in the house, which is a wonderful unique twist. Everything was exactly as described and better. Communication was SUPERB. You couldn't ask for two kinder or more caring hosts. We especially appreciated the attention to accessibility since I have some mobility issues. We can't wait to go back again. Everything about this house raises our spirits and makes us laugh out loud with delight. We loved every moment and are already looking forward to our next stay. THANK YOU!!!!!

We had a great time staying here. It was raining our entire stay but the closed in porch area allowed us to still feel like we were on vacation and enjoy the view of the harbor.

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect place for families with children. So close to the beach with all the beach and home necessities you need while on vacation! Quaint town that was quiet but still has plenty of restaurants to visit. Overall, a great place!

Kelly was kind, friendly, and accommodating to our needs! The space is undersold in the pictures - there is SO much room! The perfect space for a child/children to have space while still having space for adults after bedtime. The neighborhood was safe, fun, and accessible to public transit which we used exclusively during our trip, as well as being a great place to run.

What a treat to spend a couple of days at this wonderful home. The house itself is very nice, comfortable and well stocked, but walking out to the back deck and seeing the river with all of its wildlife was amazing. So peaceful and quiet, a great place for a morning coffee or afternoon wind down. I will definitely be back, highly recommend!

This is a nice place with 5 separate rooms. Warm and friendly owner and housekeeper. The house is old but clean and beautiful. Very quiet environment. Definitely will stay here again when we come next time.

Our stay at the house was everything we hoped for and more. We stayed over Christmas vacation, which is not a typical time of year to stay in this coastal community, and we loved it! We greatly appreciated the quiet peaceful surrounding of the ocean and the beautiful homes all decorated for the season. Walking on the beach, with the crisp air and sound of the waves, priceless. The home was clean, comfortable and relaxing, the fireplace adding to that special holiday feel. We were able to utilize the space the home had, with beautiful views of the marsh, as we were able to meet with old friends, and share a dinner together. Our contact, Jim, was readily available for any questions or concerns we may have had, quickly answering his phone or responding to text. We left, feeling like renting this home, was the best decision we could have made. I highly recommend this home and ITrip Boston.

From the day we booked the place few months ago Michelle was very friendly, responded to my messages within and hour, but mostly less that a half hour. She was always very clear in her answers. All instructions with all codes were sent 24 hours ahead. When we arrived around 10 pm with two little kids we we really impressed with how well everything was prepared. We thought we will not even be able to have a cup of tea until next morning until we go to the grocery store. But we were wrong: most of the needed stuff was available and the kids fell asleep we were able to have our evening tea. Also all the bedding and towels were white and very clean. Sometimes even in hotels they are not bright white but rather greyish. But not here. In the bathrooms plenty of shampoos, body wash, etc. very clear instructions in a binder. Neighbors very quiet. We really felt like home. If we ever need a place to stay in Boston again this will be our first choice where to stay. And if someone asks for recom

Amazing price and amazing place to spend Halloween! Great places to eat and adventure around! The house was peaceful but had very friendly atmosphere with the neighbors. If I could have Andrea be the host for every air bnb I would be greatful knowing I have someone that's reliable and great with communication. She will treat you right and has great recommendations!

Had to find a place that was kid friendly enough ans close to the city of Boston for the Marathon! I am so grateful I found Marisa’s place. It’s cozy but spacious at the same time, so close to transportation making in And out of the city travel not stressful (and for a country girl that says a lot). Marisa was very responsive and helpful when I had questions. The place was very clean and was more kid friendly than I anticipated. If we ever find ourselves traveling that way again we would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at this Boston townhome! The location for our small group was perfect—just a quick 5-minute Uber or Lyft ride to the Seaport and walking distance to several great restaurants. The place was exactly as advertised: clean, stylish, and very comfortable. Shelby was proactive and helpful throughout the stay, which made everything smooth and easy. We feel like we lucked out and found a gem for our weekend getaway. I would definitely stay here again!

Great space. There were 8 of us that stayed. We mainly were out in about during the day going to Boston breweries. We didn't spend a lot of time there, but we hung out there in the evenings. Bill hooked us up with a bag of charcoal for the grill so we could cook up some steaks. The house has a great backyard area. The kitchen and dining room area was big enough to accommodate us. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were clean. Great shower heads. Off street parking was great for both our vehicles.

Beautiful home and lovely host. We enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms were spacious and the back deck was so nice to have. The home was very clean and lots of spaces to spread out. Regina, the host, was always responsive to any questions. We hope to stay here again.

We had a great weekend in Boston with friends. The house was convenient to T and made it easy to get downtown. Plenty of sleeping space for our group of 7. Thank you for the coffee set up and the bottled water

We took this trip for the NBIN track event. It was perfect for the team. This place was comfortable with just enough room for everyone to spread out. The hosts were very responsive and helped us throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

This house was fantastic and was better than described. Nicole was super communicative and the check-in/out procedures were easy.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Air BnB. Home is lovely with huge kitchen and four bedrooms. The location right across the street from Minot Beach is amazing, and the North Scituate commuter rail station is less than 10 minutes away, so it was very easy to go into Boston. Two things for renters to be aware of: there is no washer/dryer, and the neighboring houses are very close by. We visited off season, so it was very quiet, but in season this would be a fun and busy beach location. Highly recommend!
