The Little House in the Heart of Concordia

Our Little House started its life as a 2-car garage, on the alley behind our home, that we transformed into our vision of a cozy and peaceful retreat. This light filled studio is professionally designed, features art from local artists and designers, and is equipped with heating & AC, making it a very comfortable spot to relax and enjoy Portland. You'll have a fully detached private guest house with a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor space and be two blocks away from the vibrant Alberta district.

Come stay in our sweet, new guesthouse! This is NOT a basement space. It has a real bedroom (not a studio) & full kitchen. The Silver Star cottage is in our backyard but very separate with its own city lane access. Lots of beautiful wood and a cozy vibe. We are 1 block from the fabulous Alberta Arts St. but far enough away that it's quiet here. Perfect! Walk to shops & restaurants. Also easy to access anywhere in the city. There's a double-sized hide a bed couch in the airy living space.

It is a separate building in our backyard, built in 2017 with vaulted ceilings, skylights, natural woodwork, heated floors, and air conditioning. It is a clean, modern, pet-free space. It is easy to get to by car and a short trip from the airport with free on-street parking. We are in a walkable, quiet neighborhood near restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and groceries.

Grant Park Guest House

Newly built guesthouse in highly desirable Grant Park. Beautiful and relaxing one level space with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, skylights and lots of natural light. All amenities: high speed internet, washer & dryer, full kitchen, memory foam mattress, TV, and private entrance with patio and cafe set. Easy check out! The studio cottage is located in an east Portland neighborhood bordering the city of Gresham. It is close to public transport (near a MAX light rail station), the airport and outdoor activities (the Columbia Gorge; Mt Hood) and is a 20-30 min drive to downtown. It's cozy (eclectic vintage style), a wooded 1-acre setting within the city limits, and has secure premises (electric gate). Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Please no young children.
