This cozy 2-story home sits on 10 acres in the Chama River Valley. A seasonal creek runs along edge of land with amazing mountain views. Ideal for a single artist, couple or small family. Hiking + hot springs nearby, including Ghost Ranch, Poshuouingue ruins & Ojo Caliente Springs! Most pets are welcome (for a pet fee). The Casita offers a private courtyard and entrance, an outdoor pool (May 15 to October 15), and an on- demand hot tub (year-round, no jets).
