Anthony was a joy to deal with from the moment I made the booking, to when I arrived home. He always responded promptly when ever I had a question. The unit is well located, has a good kitchett and awesome AIR-CONDITIONING & FANS.

Had a wonderful stay. The place was well maintained, clean and nicely presented. Was very nice to have the lovely pool area close by. Everything worked well and the bed was very comfy. If i go back to Darwin i will stay here again. Nicki

David's place was a perfect base for our long weekend in Darwin. Loved the bread, milk etc on arrival; lovely clean sheets and towels; aircon, fans, laundry facilities. It all made for a lovely, comfy stay. We could walk into town easily, and down to the waterfront. David was fantastic with communication and flexible with check out times etc. Hopefully we'll be back soon!

Amazing family home. A Tropical paradise. Walking distance to shops. Beautiful breeze from the balcony. Refreshing pool.Clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend for at least a weeks stay. Tracy’s home was perfect for our young family (including a toddler and baby). Everything was thought out to make our travels with children so much easier and Tracy’s communication leading up to and during our stay was above expectation. Arriving on a midnight flight and leading into a public holiday, Tracy had ensured the kitchen was stocked for us with all shops closed for the first 24hrs of our stay. The lights were on, air conditioning and fans all going, making it comfortable and easy for our tired family to step straight into bed after a big flight. The property location was wonderful, with friendly neighbours and within 15mins of most locations by car. I cannot recommend Tracy enough for going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and stress free!

This tropical elevated house was perfect for three couples and had everything we needed. The proximity to cafes, Parap, Botanic Gardens, and the city made it easy to walk to many places. The pool and pool area were great for swimming and lounging around on warm afternoons (we were there late August). Nerida was very responsive to queries and accommodated our requests, including allowing us to check out a bit later. We would definitely recommend this gem to others, and would happily stay there again. Thanks Nerida for making our stay a very happy one!

David was great, even when there were a couple of hiccups and we needed assistance. Rozak House is stunning and the views are spectacular. very special for the NT

I was lucky enough to secure a few days at this gorgeous peaceful property in Wagait Beach. Waking up to the serenity, the birds, no traffic noise. I started my day with a coffee and walk around the property. Just breathing in fresh air and listening to the happy colourful birds everywhere was just what I needed. The highlight was the Spa Pool...just wow so nice to relax with a wine cheese and biscuit. Most nights a summer storm would pass through which was exciting to watch and made the grounds all so fresh in the morning. Thanks Chris and Sue, your property is a credit to you. Maybe a longer stay for me next time :)

A very pleasant stay in such a peaceful location. Melissa was lovely to communicate with and made us very welcome. She also has picked out some kids toys and left them out for the kids to play with. We will definitely stay again.

Moved to the NT from interstate so set up camp here for a month and couldn’t have asked for a better set up to make my transition simple! Great location / security and it felt like home for the month. Would highly recommend and will definitely telling friends and family to book here in the future! Thanks again

The unit has everything you could wish for and then some. The bed was super comfortable as was the couch, and most importantly the pool was super refreshing each afternoon. We would happily stay here again…. 5 stars all the way🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🤠

Mark and Amanda were super-clear communicators both before and during our stay. They welcomed us warmly and were extra helpful and generous when we asked for an extra mattress and linen to accommodate my other daughter for a couple of nights. The layout and furnishings of the rooms were comfortable and aesthetically pleasing, and the use of laundry facilities and an outdoor pool was a huge bonus, along with aircon and ceiling fans the living area and bedroom. It was great to stay on the edge of town and in rural/bush surrounds but only ten minutes drive from the airport and another ten minutes to the centre of town. All in all, an ideal place to stay in a beautiful and fascinating part of the world, despite the enormous social challenges faced by the local community.

We came to stay in Chryss's wonderful place to experience Darwin's steamy wet season and couldn't have asked for anything more. We were thrilled with the air-conditioned unit on the top floor with outstanding tropical views. It was sublime out on the balcony set amongst the tree tops, especially in the rain with nearby geese honking their appreciation. The place has a great vibe, is an easy 10 minute stroll to the Sunday market & the stunning Nightcliff foreshore & jetty. Easy access to the private swimming pool and Chryss's personal recommendations added to a fabulous experience all up.

I had a wonderful time staying at the Pavillion; such a lovely place to stay! Peaceful and relaxing! The pool was such a treat on a hot day. Catherine and her family were excellent and friendly hosts, who made me feel welcome and looked after. I hope to stay again! Sarah

Perfect way to end my families 10 day holiday in Darwin. Lina's home was in an amazing location, welcoming and well maintained. Next time we holiday in Darwin I will happily stay here again and will recommended it to any friends and family.

Beautiful apartment overlooking the ocean , 10 minutes to Darwin, very quiet , great coastal jogging and walking paths . Super quiet at night , local food vans most evenings give a warm local feeling. Recommend very highly
