Our 120-year-old house is located in the charming village of Mavrići. After a meticulous renovation, completed this year, our villa offers a perfect blend of timeless charm and modern comforts. On the first floor is the living room with the TV (with SAT programs), the fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Also on groundfloor is laundry room. Wireless internet is available in the entire house. The house have private pool (30m2) and outdoor kitchen with dining area.

Situated on the second floor of the house, fully equipped, with a large balcony with a view of the slopes of Velebit, Senj chanell and the entire east coast of the island Krk. The interior consists of a kitchen, living room with sofa bed, two bathrooms and three comfortable bedrooms with seven beds (total 100 m2 balcony 15 m2).
