MacLeod House Guest Cottage-Nature lovers' getaway

MacLeod House Guest Cottage is a self-contained stone cottage nestled on the edge of the Krantzkloof Nature Reserve. The open plan accommodation is decorated in an Edwardian style but with all the modern conveniences you might require. The cottage overlooks the magnificent Krantzkloof gorge. There is an abundance of bird life for birding enthusiasts and a tranquil setting in which to relax whilst enjoying the sound of the Nkonka Falls directly below the property. A 'must see' for nature lovers.

Upstairs on Impangele

Next to Makaranga (currently closed), the unit has 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The kitchen area has a table & chairs, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, induction cooker, air fryer & microwave. Stocked with tea, coffee & sugar. Each of the rooms have a king size bed which can be split into 2 singles, so can sleep 4 people. One of the bedrooms has an aircon & the other a fan and heater. Deck has a bistro table & chairs as well as a daybed for relaxing. Off street parking for 1 car.

The functional kitchen with all the basic necessities will be all you need to create a romantic dinner, or even just a coffee for yourself - both of which can be enjoyed with a tree-top view from the deck. The shower is surprisingly spacious and the gas geyser ensures hot water always. This space aims to delight and invoke a sense of serenity as you focus on the basics.

Each bedroom has a sea view. The king-size main bedroom has a full large en-suite bathroom whilst the other bathroom is shared. Bathroom amenities are provided. The apartment is serviced daily and has all the luxury and comforts of a hotel but the space and freedom of home.

Located in a quiet, access controlled cul de sac this upstairs maisonette has spectacular views from the outside deck. This is an upstairs unit above the main house, with 13 steps walk up access. The private entrance with allocated parking, gives you privacy and peace of mind. The ensuite bathroom has access to a very spacious and comfortable bedroom with a queen sized bed. There is a separate open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. The lounge has a sleeper couch for the kids.

Based in central Hillcrest, the Tennis Court Cottage is a recently renovated, self catering garden cottage located on a well secured property within a lush, green garden. The space is a private and peaceful, equipped with all the amenities required by the business or leisure traveler. Self check in and out is quick and easy via a keypad at the main gate, a key box is located at the entrance to the unit. Due to its size the unit is ideally suited for short term stays.
