We had a great experience. Shauna's house was beautiful with open living room concept, great backyard and the Game room was amazing. Would love to stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect Cape cod escape.

We would definitely recommend Deb’s and Sharon’s cottage as a place to stay. The location is great, as it is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the water, but is tucked away in a quiet little neighborhood so it still also offers plenty of privacy. They were wonderful and responsive hosts and checked on us throughout our stay, though we didn’t end up needing a thing. They were gracious enough to allow our dog Bella join for the weekend too, which we appreciated very much as she goes everywhere with us. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely look to book again if we make our way back to the beautiful island!

We stayed at Lisa’s place for three nights and it was a 10/10 experience. Lisa was a fantastic host and was very helpful with island recommendations prior to our trip. The property itself is stunning and although we wanted to explore the island, the property also provided a beautiful landscape to just relax. Even given its private, peaceful location, it was still so convenient to town. The house is an adorable converted barn that has incredible, rustic charm and the decor was so beautifully thought out. Before we even left we were talking about booking again in the future. We definitely recommend booking here!

We really enjoyed our stay with our family, the house was a very easy walk to the beach area where the kids found many treasures and a nice area with just sand great for kids. It had lots of rocks, shells and seaweed and goose poop getting to the water so water shoes or sneakers are a must going in the water. The house was nice with good size rooms , the living room could use another chair or bigger couch , the dinning area had plenty of room and the kitchen was adequate and we had great dinners together there. The outside area was so nice, we played baseball, had a fire with s’mores and adult beverages after the little ones were asleep. There was only a small air conditioner in the dinning room and up stairs bed rooms but it kept the house comfortable for the temps we had, maybe and A/C in each bedroom would be a nice added touch. Overall it was a great week and the people who we talked to on the way to the beach were very nice as well. Thank you Krista and family.

LOVE Billy’s house!! So cute and comfy! We didn’t sleep in the twin beds, but the master bedroom was very comfortable! The doggies loved the bed too!! The patio was great, we used the grill and fireplace! Loved the fenced in yard for the dogs! The neighborhood was very quiet. Billy always responded quickly with any questions. Great restaurants a short drive away and plenty of parking (it’s still off season for the Cape). Billy left a bottle of wine for us from a local winery (Cape Cod Winery). It was good and we went to the winery. Good wine, great outdoor seating (and has covered areas if it’s raining). It’s also dog friendly and they serve food, which was tasty! We went to see Nobska Lighthouse (inside was closed), which was about a 13 minute drive. The views were fabulous! We also went to a small aquarium (only open during the week) in Woods Hole - another short drive. The aquarium was free, but keep in mind, it is small, but nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Communicative hosts, beautiful location, and exceeded our expectations! Perfect getaway

Our family stayed at Madi's place for our summer vacation. Madi was very responsive and communicative prior to our stay with local recommendations and instructions for the home and beach passes. Our family of 5 was comfortable and we had a wonderful time on MV. Would definitely return to Madi's place.

We loved are family stay at Paul & Katie’s home for Easter Week. It is a dream home . The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, with a peaceful path to a private beach. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Mashpee Commons about an 8 minute drive away.

Had a great time. Enjoyed cooking out on the grounds….would like to visit again.

this is a great unit with lots of space for the family. so much to do on the cape and near by. but you can just park the car and just stay put with a beach and pool! everything went perfect

Beautiful & comfortable beach house! We have stayed in a lot of short term rentals and this was definitely the best! Settled on a quiet dead end it is also directly next to a wooded path that takes you on a short walk to the Marketplace with mini golf, restaurants, and shops. It is also a short walk to the private beach. The layout of the house was perfect and it is nicely decorated as well as clean. We stayed for a long weekend with our young children to attend a wedding at the Popponesset Inn and the single level space was perfect for them. The convenience of not having to get in the car for food, beach, or activities was also priceless. Don was extremely welcoming and responded quickly with any of our questions. Would definitely stay again!

This home was exactly like the pictures. Open, clean and a very relaxing, peaceful spot to spend a week. The only disappointing item was the beach. It was very rocky and unable to swin in or dip our toes in. Beautiful spot and I would recommend it 100% if you're not a beach bum.

Kamryn’s house is lovely and exactly as pictured. The privacy is unparalleled and we enjoyed the small private beach. Perfect for families with little ones. It had everything we needed and was a perfect getaway experience. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful gathering with family in a beautiful setting on the water. Definitely "Grandma's" cape house, with much of grandma's furniture, pots & pans, still there, so homey. Was a bit musty when I got there early before family came, but opened up windows and turned on fans so all was nice and breezy quickly. Everyone reported beds were comfortable. Friendly neighbors, and a lovely, easy path along the water to the ocean.

The house is lovely and in a beautiful setting. It’s older (50 years old) but that just added to the charm. We loved the deck overlooking the water and there were fun water toys. We took day trips into the little Cape Cod villages. The leaves were changing colors which made it magical. A great place to stay. Highly recommend.

The property is absolutely gorgeous! Incredible views, totally private, and access to a calm beach that was perfect for our baby to splash in. It had a well-stocked kitchen. We cooked and grilled several nights and it was delightful!

Joe's Boat House exceeded our expectations. To be that close to the water is a transcendent experience. From the bedroom windows the views of the water completely fills the frames. The tides are high. We swam in the water in mid September and the water was warm and gentle by my standards (66 degrees F). The beach and surface under the water has round pebbles as others had noted so we brought water shoes which worked out well. It is rustic as described. The first night we were there the winds howled due to a weather event which my husband and I found invigorating, and the subsequent nights were gentle. The neighborhood is open and residential without feeling touristy at all, yet is a short drive or bike ride to the Oak Bluffs town center. The kitchen is ample. We cooked seafood literally every meal. It was absolutely an extremely rare experience, that we will treasure always and hope to return soon.

Ann’s home is a little slice of heaven on Martha’s Vineyard. The sweeping views of the lagoon and private beach made for such a relaxing and enjoyable trip for our family. The location was perfect - secluded but still just a short drive to most of the larger towns. The cottage itself is the perfect beach home, with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. Ann was a fantastic host, and helped with all of our needs. We’re looking forward to our next trip here.
