Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Deatil eingerichtet. Auf kleinstem Raum wurde das Maximum herausgeholt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und auch mit einem Kleinkind war die Unterkunft super. Die Gastgeberin war sehr fürsorglich, hilfsbereit und freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

One of the prettiest properties I've ever stayed in. the view of Lake como was simply phenomenal. words can't describe how good it was. Eros and Daniel went above and beyond their way to make our stay great. I have never seen a more humble, friendly and gracious host as Daniel. He was like a dear friend to us. The amenities in the house are simple top of the mark especially the kitchen and the washroom. All the resturant recommendations Daniel gave were excellent. we would definitely recommend to our friends.

We LOVE Bellagio Love. This was an amazing place. The apartment is very close and walkable to the ferry at San Giovanni , Villa Melzi and Gardens as well as to the center of Bellagio. There are plenty of hills and roads are tight but walkable. People who have trouble walking can take a handy, small tour train that stops near the apartment and will take you to sites in the town. The apartment is comfortable for four adults and well appointed. Clean!!! The pool was lovely. The Il Lombardia bike race came right by the house on Sunday, so Saturday evening was a bit noisy with activity but still exciting to be on the route.. The hosts were VERY helpful. Watch the videos they send to assist as they are necessary to make finding the apartment easier. This place made a life long dream of visiting Lago di Como even better! I hope we can return someday!

Nous avons adoré l’appartement! La vue est magnifique et le logement fidèle aux photos. Emanuele et Sarah sont très réactifs aux messages et nous ont très rapidement apporté la pièce manquante du lit bébé. Très bon séjour!

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und hätte nicht schönen sein können! Top Lage mit sehr schönem Ausblick. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern lief perfekt. Wir können die Wohnung definitiv weiterempfehlen und werden wieder kommen.

Most amazing place!! Super peaceful and cheap and yummy restaurants near!! The view is INSANE!! The host is so amazing!! Completely exceeded our expectations! She is super responsive and so helpful!!! We would 100% stay here again!

Wir kommen sicher wieder… Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Man schaut direkt auf die Berge und Ascona… Und wenn man mal Lust auf italien hat, fährt man nur 8 Kilometer zum Espresso oder zum Essen..

Magnifique appartement, au calme et bien placé. Beaucoup d espace et confortable. Lezzeno est beaucoup plus que calme que Bellagio (moins touristique) mais avec des restaurants disponibles à proximité. Très agréable petite promenade au bord du lac devant l appartement.

Monica was the best host I've met. The communicaton with her was very easy, her response time is super quick. The instructions to go in to home is very clear and she is supporting the instructions with videos. Her place is exactly as it seems on the photos and maybe even more beautiful. The view from the balcony and the terrace is mesmerizing. Neighbourhood was very calm and quiet but it might be because it was off season when I stayed there. Although the neighbourhood is calm, the markets and closest shopping centers are only within 15 minutes driving distance. House is also very close to the Villa Balbianello. The house was very clean, Monica left everything we need in the fridge and kitchen. Lastly she helped us a lot during our stay with her recommendations for restaurants, shops, facilities around the region.

Federico’s apartment has an excellent location. Description and reviews provided us accurate information of apartment with it’s pros and cons and it was exactly what we expected. Federico responded quickly to all messages and was very friendly.

We had a wonderful stay. Riccardo’s home is wonderful and as described. The lake and Mountains View are breathtaking. A great place to relax and be peaceful. Walkable to Menaggio and easy to take the ferry to other towns like Bellagio and Varenna. Riccardo is a great and responsive to all questions. Can’t wait to go back again!

Wir hatten ein schönes Wochenende in der Wohnung. Es war alles wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern, in echt eher noch schöner. Der Kontakt mit Marco hat super funktioniert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Traumhafte kleines Haus mit super netten Gastgeberin. Ausstattung und Räumlichkeiten für zwei Personen mehr als ausreichend. Ruhige Lage mit der Möglichkeit auf einer erhabenen Terrasse über den Gärten im Sonnenschein zu frühstücken oder den Abend zu verbringen.

Very cozy apartment with a beautiful view, private garden/terrace... a quiet neighborhood surrounded by nature and only a 10-minute walk to the center of Menaggio. The host is always available and pleasant. We definitely recommend this apartment if you want your own little oasis of peace and yet be close to all the tourist attractions on Lake Como. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer ♡

The view from the balcony was beautiful towards the lake and we had a wonderful view of the mountain too. Mary is a very nice lady and helped us with everything we asked for! Our family recently stayed at an apartment in Tremezzo on Lake Como, and it was a fantastic experience. The apartment was beautiful, well-maintained, and offered stunning views of the lake. We felt completely at home and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The peaceful surroundings and convenient location made our stay even more enjoyable. We always want to come back and highly recommend this wonderful apartment to anyone looking for a memorable stay on Lake Como.

Appartamento bellissimo e molto pulito. Posizione e vista top. Host sempre disponibile e gentile, ci tornerei sicuramente.

Palazzo vecchio ma appartamento ristrutturato. Non grandissimo ma per due persone è perfetto. Tutto ben curato, coperte profumatissime, pulizia impeccabile. Nella doccia erano forniti anche shampoo, bagnoschiuma ecc. zona tranquilla (a parte il treno vicino ma di notte non l’abbiamo sentito). Ci siamo trovati molto molto bene e se mai ricapiteremo da quelli parti, torneremo sicuramente a prenotare. Ivana è stata carinissima. Tutto super 🙂💪🏻

Lovely stay in Lugano! Quick walk to train station and 15 min walk to lake. Modern and updated apartment with stunning views from every room. Apartment had everything - from a washer/dryer to a well stocked kitchen - there was even a levoit fan. Fast WiFi too! While this is listed as a 1 bedroom, the living room has a door and sleeper couch for privacy as a 2nd bedroom if needed. The host Gea was lovely and so helpful. Thank you!

We felt very at home at Federico's! We had everything we needed for a short stay and it was nice to have some extra space of a living room and kitchen amenities to cook for ourselves as there were no real restaurants nearby. Easy parking was a nice bonus. The apartment is indeed right across the street from a nice beach, however it rained the while we were there which was a bummer to not be able to use it. Thus, we would have loved for it to be a bit more walkable for the price. Not much else to do it the immediate vicinity. We did find a park and small coffee shop not to far but the apartment is right on a very busy road which is hard to walk along safely. We had one small issue and Federico was VERY quick to respond and take care of. Lovely quaint courtyard with coi pond (again would have loved to enjoy if not for the rain).

Der richtige Ort zum Abschalten, absolut empfehlenswert! Es gibt alles was man braucht und Alessandro und seine Frau waren stets erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.

Nous avons passées un séjour des plus agréable. La vue de l'appartement est magnifique et le le logement est très proche du lac. Gianmario est un hôte très accueillant et réactif. Venez en toute confiance!
