We are close to many adventures including the Black Canyon National Park, Ridgway, Ouray and Telluride. Located only 8 minutes to Montrose Regional Airport and a few minutes to downtown Montrose with restaurants, shops, 3 golf courses and an amazing rec center with pools, rock climbing, pickleball & exercise equipment.

The Sky Casita Suite Peaceful Country Views

✨ Enjoy a relaxing stay in our upstairs Casita apartment, complete with a private entrance that leads to a cozy BBQ patio. This clean and comfortable retreat offers a spacious, well-equipped kitchen and a welcoming living area with a queen-size sofa bed, for extra guests. The master bedroom features a luxurious California king bed with fresh white linens for a restful night’s sleep. (Please note: the master bedroom does not have a door. May be important if you are seeking complete privacy.)

An architect's studio. This modern, unique space is new construction in an existing building. It’s on "The Edge" of colorful Cedaredge with the Grand Mesa and its 300 lakes only 20 minutes away. Hike, swim, fly fish, off road, mountain bike, cross country ski, antique, or visit great wineries and restaurants in the surrounding area. Sit on our south deck and sun or meditate with the sound of Surface Creek just a few feet away. Finish it all off with a walk on beautiful Surface Creek Trail.

Cozy Basement in Heart of Paonia

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cozy basement. Two blocks to Grand Ave where you'll have everything a rural town has to offer at your fingertips. One bedroom with a king-sized bed. Couch in living room has a hideaway queen-sized bed. Kitchenette has small appliances and induction cooktops but no stove. I live upstairs with two children who are home half of the week. I will make sure they are respectful and conscientious but there may be noise.

It has a kitchenette and is outfitted with a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker (with supply of coffee & tea), dining table & chairs, dishware, utensils, dish soap and towels!!! This room has custom lighting built into the crown trim-work. Though the room is limited on space, the log wrapped shelf and hanging rack provides plenty of storage space in the vanity area.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony while planning your day filled with wine tours, hiking and exploring the surrounding beauty. Return home to your cozy studio loft apartment, fully equipped with all new appliances, granite countertops and local artist offerings. In the summer, if you need a cool space, there is A/C!
