Le casette sono deliziose hanno ogni cosa necessaria per godere di un fantastico soggiorno. La cucina ha tutto, le camere sono accoglienti , ci si sente come a casa. Noi abbiamo trovato due giorni di pioggia e freddo ma le case potevano essere facilmente riscaldate e c'erano soffici coperte. Gli spazi all aperto sotto i portici comodi e d atmosfera. Il giardino grande e ben tenuto. La piscina bella ...tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa e torneremo sicuramente. Bellissima esperienza ,i dintorni bellissimi..campagna silenzio e la splendida grisignana a due passi...ti viene voglia di andarci a vivere.

OK, when AirBNB shows pictures of unreal houses in advertising, and you can't believe they even exist?? This should be ONE of THEM! This villa is astonishing. A 200 year old 3 story stone house in a vineyard and olive grove, owned by one family for generations. Luka and his family have painstakingly renovated it top to bottom, give a careful tour, done in phenomenal finishes, fully modernized (even heated floors!). The kitchen is gourmet, and private five bedrooms six baths can handle a group (we were just two couples). Two wineries down the lane. It is private and quiet (uh, except for church bells - neat!). The pictures don't do the place justice - living room is comfortable and welcoming. The beds are king (split into two twins if needed). All new with fresh linens. Too cold now for the pool but wow. The restaurant down the hill was just outstanding for all meals, if you don't like cooking! Easy to get to Motovun and Rovinj. STAY HERE!

Amazing time spent at the villa. Well equiped and cozy place. Beautiful view from the terrace. Highly recommended.

Superbe semaine dans la villa d’ Andrea! Tout est parfait: on ne manque de rien, les lits sont confortables, la vue agréable, localisation idéale pour découvrir les environs, il y a des magasins à proximité,… Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié la piscine pour nous rafraîchir 🤩. On recommande vivement! 👍

A Magical Stay in the Heart of Grožnjan! I've stayed at Airbnbs all over the world, and this place is easily one of the best I've experienced. The beautifully designed and decorated apartment, set in the heart of this enchanting medieval town, is truly magical and incredibly romantic. The upstairs bedroom, complete with a luxurious tub, feels like a dream. The attention to detail is remarkable—nothing about this space feels like a rental. It’s clear the owners spared no expense in making it special. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The communication was seamless, and the warm welcome, felt right at home. A bonus for those arriving by car: secured parking is available, which is a rare and much-appreciated feature in this area where parking can be tricky. It might sound like I’m gushing, but I promise I’m not exaggerating! I can’t imagine anyone giving this place less than 5 stars. Part of me wants to keep it a secret, but that wouldn't be fair, it deserves mention.

Absolutely brilliant! Comfortable, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated villa, well equipped and super functional kitchen. Idyllic quiet location with a gorgeous garden, outside dining area and pool. Hosts Andrea and brother Luka are super welcoming and helpful with great local recommendations. Definitely recommend and we hope to be back!!

Har haft den skønneste ferie i Igor’s fine hus. Alt var som beskrevet, og billederne levede helt op til hvad vi fik. Vi elskede at være i den private gårdhave med egen pool. Der var roligt og hyggeligt, og vi havde en fantastisk ferie. Vi kommer gerne igen. Igor er en fantastisk vært. Imødekommende og altid hjælpsom, og er god til at følge op på, om alt er som det skal være. Fleksibel ved afrejse, så det var bedst for os. Altid smilende og venlig.
