Hobbit Cottage with Marsh View

Are you special enough to stay at the Hobbit Cottage? All of our tenants have been magical so far and we want to continue that trend! This cute little house is on a lovely marsh where you will hear birdsong while you enjoy the ever changing view of the gentle wetland. A mini paradise nestled in a quiet neighborhood, it is an easy bike ride or a short drive to Nauset Beach. Tiny and cozy, the cottage has every amenity for a comfortable stay! (7 Day SATURDAY - SATURDAY Minimum July 11 - Sep 5)

Wellfleet Woods Escape

Open kitchen + living + dining, w/ a wooden pitched ceiling and two sliders overlooking the deck, backyard +marsh. Functional kitchen with Farm sink, DW, cooking and pantry essentials. Two comfortable bedrooms with window AC's, new mattresses, and blackout curtains. Bathroom w/ tub/shower + plenty of towels for beach or house use. Outdoor shower is great in warmer months! Enjoy this quiet, tucked away Wellfleet spot with lots of walking trails and beautiful sunset views just down the road.

Spacious Guest Suite Close to Town

Our second floor guest suite is on a quiet street, within walking distance to the center of town and a quick drive to ocean and bay beaches. Featuring an open floor plan and high ceilings, the suite includes a living/dining room, kitchenette, reading nook, private bath, and spacious bedroom. Guests have their own outside entrance and tiny deck. Our family of four (+dog & cat) live downstairs. We are happy to provide tips and recommendations, or let you enjoy your privacy.

Condo in East Orleans Historic Home

Walk to Town in 10 minutes or drive to Nauset Beach in 5! This newly renovated Home is centrally-located at the entrance to East Orleans. This Italianate historic home is within walking distance of many restaurants in Orleans, while offering easy access to the beaches. This home was built by Thomas A. Hopkins and the recent renovation has preserved much of the beautiful, interior architecture. It is a very peaceful location and parking access is conveniently onsite.

Cape Cod Heaven

Private one bedroom with full bath and balcony overlooking garden and a peek at the bay. Great location less than a mile from beautiful First Encounter Beach, a wonderful bay beach, and five minute walk to freshwater pond with sandy beach. Ocean beaches and bike trail close by. Bring your bikes or kayaks, or rent them, and enjoy all the Cape has to offer. Great for singles, couples, small families. Has a small refrigerator, microwave and Keurig. There is not a kitchen.

Nauset Heights Cottage- 5 minute walk to beach!

Charming three bedroom completely renovated Cape cottage that sleeps six with a large open kitchen, deck with seating, and a grill. Large private yard sheltered by trees has room for croquet and corn-hole, as well as a secluded outdoor shower. The house has beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys available for your beach days! Downtown Orleans is an 8-minute drive away; North Nauset Beach, Priscilla Beach, and the Mill Pond are all a five minute walk away!

Cozy Condo/Cottage on Cove, Walk to Town

Welcome! Enjoy a Fabulous 180 degree water view out our master bedroom and living room. Walk to Orleans village, art galleries, restaurants & shopping. Bike to Beaches and baseball all within a mile. One floor condo is good for couples, solo adventurers, small families. One full bath with shower and one half bath, plus a new outdoor shower. Master BR has Queen bed. Second BR has a queen bed with a twin trundle pull out.

The Salt Pond Cottage

This is a free-standing private cottage that sleeps 2 comfortably. A spiral staircase leads up to a sleeping loft with a NEW QUEEN size Nectar bed! There is a full futon couch on the main level. The kitchen has everything you may need. The most spectacular thing about this home is its close proximity to the National Seashore. The salt pond, bike path, and freshwater ponds are also moments away!

Cozy Waterfront Apartment, Private Beach Access

Charming living space with nautical decor invites you to unwind off the grid for a few days. There is a window seat for reading, small high top for morning coffee, and all the accessories for a relaxing day at the beach. A five minute drive into town for local shopping and dining. Many scenic trails for walking and biking. Make us your base as you explore Cape Cod’s beautiful shores!
