Beautiful and comfortable villa situated on a secure, private estate just minutes from the airport. Very friendly, helpful and responsive hosts, cannot recommended them highly enough. An overnight storm caused an issue with the pool and the electric gates, within minutes of making the hosts aware it was being dealt with and the hosts even sent us a delivery of donuts for the inconvenience! So thoughtful and a lovely touch.

Das Anwesen liegt in einer privaten bewachten Wohnsiedlung. Es ist wunderschön eingerichtet, wir fanden es großartig. Der Garten ist wirklich schön, allerdings ist die Pumpe für den Pool und die Bewässerung relativ laut, auch weil hier eine Tür als Lärmschutz fehlt. Da wir aber nicht am Pool gelegen haben, hat es uns nicht gestört. Es ist wirklich eine paradiesische Umgebung mit einer sympathischen Haushälterin, die auf Wunsch ein leckeres Menü direkt vor Ort zum späteren Verzehr zubereitet. Dieses haben wir gern in Anspruch genommen, da wir nicht nach Marrakech zum Essen fahren wollten - warum auch, wenn man privat in einer so schönen Umgebung essen kann. Es gibt Zeiten, in denen häufiger Flugzeuge zu hören sind, aber auch das hat unser Wohlbefinden nicht beeinträchtigt. Wir können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

J'ai passé des vacances de rêve dans ce logement Airbnb ! La piscine était absolument magnifique et tout était parfait, du début à la fin. La maison était incroyablement calme, avec aucun vis-à-vis, ce qui m'a permis de vraiment me détendre. Je recommande vivement ce logement à tout le monde ! L'hôte a été super accueillant et attentionné. Je reviendrai sans hésitation !

nous avons été bien accueillis par Youness qui nous a présenté le Ryad du RDC à la terrasse qui est au 4e niveau. Logement spacieux dans une très grande résidence sécurisée et calme. Des restaurants accessibles pour une grande famille comme la nôtre (nous étions 8), des épiceries, avec droguerie et fruits et légumes. Il est possible d'aller à pied à la Bahia, à la place (environ 26 mn), à la Koutoubia ou encore au jardin Majorelle (39 mn).

Siamo atterrati nel primo pomeriggio ed è venuta a prenderci all'aeroporto l'assistente di Mahmoud, molto gentile ed amichevole. Una volta giunti a casa abbiamo conosciuto l'host, Mahmoud, che da subito si è dimostrato alla mano e molto disponibile, e per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno è stato pronto ad esaudire ogni nostra richiesta (e di richieste non ne abbiamo avute poche!) Mahmoud offre inoltre la possibilità di noleggiare un'auto tramite il suo autonoleggio e si offre anche di accompagnare personalmente gli ospiti in escursioni private. Abbiamo ovviamente fatto l'uno e l'altro. L'appartamento, distante circa un'ora a piedi dalla medina, può essere facilmente raggiunta in auto o in taxi (ci voglio 10/15 minuti a seconda del traffico). Non appena arrivati abbiamo incastrato la chiave che si è spezzata nel chiavistello, e Mahmoud ha rimediato alla cosa in tempo record fornendocene una nuova. Nel complesso è stato un ottimo soggiorno, ci siamo sentiti veramente coccolati!

The location of this riad was amazing! In the super cool Kasbah area; close to everything with lots of amazing restaurants but also felt like a nice neighbourhood… the riad itself did not dissapoint! Beautiful and had everything we needed. Very comfortable, clean etc… Boushra made our breakfast every morning and she was lovely! Highly reccomend this place and would stay again

Très bel appartement, accueil au top et emplacement parfait, entre l'aéroport et à 10 min à peine en voiture de la Médina.

Amazing host, very communicative and helpful! House is equipped to cook without problem. WiFi is really good in the 2 bedrooms and ok in the living room but if you work out of the bedrooms you’ll have no problem! Many late night spots open nearby and easy to get inDrive or careem taxis. All in all 10/10, worth the price and worth the comfortably! Also comfy beds which can be rare in Morocco!

Superbe appartement, nous avons passé un très bon séjour ! Il se situe à quelques pas de la gare, ce qui est très pratique ! Elhoussaine est un hôte réactif, notre avion arrivait assez tôt et Elhoussaine nous a laissé arriver plus tôt dans l'appartement !

Très bon séjour, logement à proximité des transports en commun et de la gare de Casablanca. vous avez aussi dans les alentours plein de petits restaurants, fast-food et supermarché. L’hôte est très disponible et réactif au message. Si vous avez besoin de quelque chose, il répondra facilement à vos requêtes.

Highly recommend this apartment, which is not too far from the main central souk entrance. Modern furniture with clean bathrooms was highly appreciated. 24/7 grocery stores downstairs with Cash machine next it was perfect. Plenty of local restaurants including takeaways shops. We didn’t use the swimming pool due to limited time but looked very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this place and worth every single penny.

Logement conforme à l'annonce et aux photos. Mélissa répond rapidement aux demandes et si besoin des personnes sont sur place. Emplacement idéal qui donne accès à pieds aux nombreux sites. Commerces, gare, parcs, Medina à proximité. Très bon séjour ! Je recommande l'appartement de Mélissa.

This apartment is truly a piece of art. With its three beautiful suites, stunning decor, and carefully chosen furniture, it made us want to spend the entire trip indoors! The highlight for us was the amazing, fully equipped terrace—we spent most of our time there enjoying the ambiance. Being right in the city center was a game changer, especially during the busy Gitex Africa week. We didn’t need to use our car at all, as everything we needed was just a short walk away. Highly recommend this place for both comfort and convenience!

Shawn is an amazing host. He not only helped with the seamless check in and check out process but also recommended me places to visit and was always there to answer any questions I had related to house or even nearby attractions. The house was clean and exactly like the pictures posted. It’s super luxurious, spacious and is kept pristine. I highly recommend staying here!!

Lovely apartment, nicely decorated. Good lighting and attention to detail. Very comfortable and clean. Private terrace was spacious and welcoming. It has a private parking. Hosts were very nice, helpful and accommodating. We have booked last minute and had everything ready. Apartment has a concierge, who were very helpful too. Overall, we would most definitely recommend it to other travellers.
