We loved this property at Purgatory resort. We were here during off season so everything was quite but it is located just opposite to the resort entrance with option for free shuttle to the skiing area so that is plus especially since we prefer to stay in a homely environment instead of a resort. We had a Tesla and having a covered garage with a level 2 charger made the difference for us to choose this property (will need to have a J1772 to CCS adapter though). The surrounding is beautiful and its right on 550 in between Durango and Silverton so great location IMO. The house itself is very modern and cozy. Brian has been super responsive to queries throughout. We loved our stay and will consider again when we visit this area.

The outside wrap-around deck means you can find a sunny or shady spot as needed. For us, we were seeking sunny and out of the breeze. A great place to stay if you are wanting multiple trips to Ridgway State Park as it is a quick drive up the highway.

Great location! Easy 5 minute walk to lift 7, convenient to Clark's market (3 minute walk), and convenient to old town Telluride. Unit was very clean & well stocked for the 4 of us (two couples) Appreciated the Ski Locker to store our skiis It's a 2 bedroom unit, 1 Master Suite with bath; 2nd bedroom is 2 twin beds, however, 2nd bathroom was upstairs which was fine during the day, a bit inconvenient at night, especially if you forget to keep the light on in the stairwell. But it worked fine for us. :) Appreciated the consistent updates and check in's, host was extremely responsive. Always wanted to be sure everything was going as it should be. Would definitely consider coming back.

Our stay was wonderful. Ski-in/ski-out with ski valet service. Enjoyed the evening happy hours in the resort bar. Car valets were amazing. Incredible view from our condo. 15 min drive into Telluride. Only recommendation is the room could use some updating. Window shades wouldn’t stay open, the finishes are dated and the kitchen didn’t have many tools to cook with.

Great spot. No issues. Ski valet alone worth the price of admission. Very lean closet space if more than 2 guests with no options outside of the bedroom closet. Otherwise awesome.

We had a great stay in the Purgatory Condo. We were close to the mountain and the Shuttle Service was excellent. We enjoyed the hot tub and comfortable surroundings after long days on the slopes.

Great place with free shuttle to Purgatory. Kitchen has the basic amenities (pots, pans, silverware, glasses, small appliances) and not much else. If you plan to cook there, make sure you bring any oils, spices, non-basic items etc you may need.

Our stay was amazing, pristine accommodations, wonderful kitchen and deep tub w steam shower, ski valet, restaurant and bar on site, wonderful service and friendly staff !! it has it all and we will be back next March for sure. Henry Igdal MD

We like staying in Lulucity, and highly recommend this host, was excellent to work with and much preferred over some of the other hosts in the area! Would look to book with them again!

Very comfortable and cozy condo. Great ski in/ski out location. Loved being able to walk into town as well.

This rental was perfect for our spring break ski trip! Location was great! So easy to walk to the slopes and the base/lodge/resort amenities. The unit was just as described with plenty of extra blankets/bedding, towels and tons of hooks - so helpful for alllll the ski gear. Lots of extras in the kitchen!

Had a great stay and had an amazing time skiing!! The hot tub was awesome after a day of skiing. The beds were comfortable! The shower had nice hot water. We cooked dinner and breakfast every night/morning and there was plenty of pots and pans, ect. The condo was 2 minutes from purgatory resort. Everything was awesome and we would love to stay here again!! Thank you for everything!!

Great stay in Telluride. Accommodations were very comfortable and just a few steps from the chair lift for skiing.

Our first time at Purgatory with our family of 5 and the location was great! Hosts were responsive if we had a question, a short walk to the ski lift and loved that it was on the first floor. Also loved the bench outside the door to put on and take off your ski boots. Highly recommend!

Excellent place with LOCATION!!! In Mountain Village a 10 minute walk or 3 minute shuttle to Gondola that takes you to the core of Mountain village or the next gondola down to Telluride!!! Apartment was as described, beds comfy except pillows (my preference), the only negative would be it was dusty. But besides that an excellent stay!!! Highly recommend
