Excellent house for our needs and just as described. Snow storm was coming in on the day of our arrival and we were offered to check in early or the night before to beat the weather. Very thoughtful! Will stay again if available for our next trip

Home Sweet Home truly feels like home! The condo was super clean, beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the fireplace and games. The location was also perfect! Private yet close to City Market and great restaurants (3 minutes), WalMart (5 minutes), 8 minutes to downtown (but we enjoyed spending time in the condo more than going downtown and we stayed here for the skiing at Wolf Creek). Loved everything about this condo! My favorite Airbnb! And Gayle was very responsive, even though I didn’t need much from her while there (location of sledding hill and boiling water in Colorado). We will definitely stay anytime we are back in Pagosa Springs!

Great location, peaceful and private. Very clean and comfortable inside. Everything I needed for a few days of skiing, relaxing and cooking good food.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The house was so comfy and cozy and in the perfect location. The garage is a huge plus!! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the fire places added a special touch! We will absolutely be back!

It was stocked with everything we could possibly need—from kitchen essentials to extra blankets, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was ideal, close to all the best attractions, restaurants, and of course, the hot springs. Whether we were relaxing inside or exploring the area, everything about this place exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

The photos do not do justice to the beauty of this place!! Every detail in this apartment has been thought out for convenience and function!! The view in the photos for the location are not nearly as breathtaking as they are in person. The nightly view of the stars from the hot tub will make this a memorable retreat!! I hope you get to enjoy this lakeside gem!

Angie and Cole are amazing hosts - they were so receptive and helpful for our rescheduling needs of our Airbnb due to my partner’s illness that came on very suddenly. They were extremely communicative, helpful, and kind! They even left us roses and candy for our honeymoon. We loved the space of the Airbnb too and the location was perfect for our time in Durango. My only comments would be that some of the dishes in the cabinet were dirty upon our arrival, and the Airbnb itself could use a deep clean but our bedding and everything else was pristine. We loved our stay here. Thank you so much, Angie and Cole!!

I loved this Airbnb! It was exactly as described and so cozy. It had beautiful views and it was nice and quiet. The place is a beautiful stupid apartment and I really enjoyed being there. The only complaint I have was the bed. It is not plush, the mattress is so firm it's hard and I woke up with knots in my back.

This townhouse is nothing short of exceptional and we couldn't have found a better location with nicer accommodations. No issues with the interior or negative feedback. We clean a lot and it was nice to have all of the utilities available to keep it nice while we stayed. It was also great to have internet access. The owners were available if we needed anything at all times.

Great decor with so many thoughtful touches to make the place feel cozy and comfortable. Stocked with coffee, water cooler to keep you hydrated and very comfortable beds! I loved the location too. Easy access to Wolf creek, in a quiet residential area and out of the main tourist hub - right in the middle of both access to down town restaurants and City Market supermarket.

Don't hesitate to stay here! If we could give a 10-star rating, we would! Lovely condo. We felt right at home, cozy and comfortable. Beautifully decorated and everything you could ask for to make your stay great. Extremely well stocked kitchen. You could make coffee any way you prefer. Lots of kitchen staples for cooking. Very comfortable bed and linens. And our little dog loved it too! She enjoyed the doggie blanket and bowls. The area is beautiful and quiet. Neighbors friendly and welcoming. Gives you a good feel for the community with national forest access nearby. Stay here! We would stay here again without hestitation. Thank you, Kim!

We had a wonderful stay at Jennifer's place. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Also close to restaurants and the grocery store.

Stayed here with my daughter for a spring break ski trip. This place was perfect for us. We were super comfortable, the location is beautiful and nearby a great pizza place and burger joint. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast. For being on this side of town, getting to the ski area was quick and painless. I would absolutely stay here again!
