We are also near the downtown park and Main Street. This is a perfect place for a couple or possibly a family of 4 (couch has a pull out bed). Bike path goes to dining and shopping within 1/4 mile. We aim to provide a high-value, affordable way for guests to visit Pagosa Springs. The restroom and kitchen could be minimally used by us or the office tenants during the normal working hours on weekdays, but generally is 98% yours.
