The property is west facing and offers panoramic views of Sitia bay and a magical sunset. The private heated pool size is 12.6x5.4 meters and is open all year round. Central heating and heated pool makes it ideal for winter holidays. The 4th bedroom is available for 7-8 person bookings.

This is a recently renovated house that can sleep five people and has a baby’s cot. It is fully equipped, and the kitchen has everything you will need. The house is located in the quiet and pretty village of Palaikastro, 16km from the town of Sitia, 6km from the beautiful palm beach of Vai, 2km from Kouremenos beach with its windsurfing stations, and 2km from Chiona beach and the archaeological site of Roussolakkos. The house is 100m from the village square.

Mandarini House is located at Choclakies,a small village 10 km (8min drive) from Palekastro on the way to Zakros.It was built in 1935 and fully restored in 2019.In this small village live 12 people and its at the heart of Sitia ‘s UNESCO Global Geopark.The starting point to pass through the gorge and get at the Karoumes beach is here.
