Roberta is the best AirB&B host we’ve ever experienced. She was responsive and made us feel right at home after two very long travel days from the U.S. Because we were arriving in Fano on a Sunday afternoon when most grocery stores are closed, she kindly did some grocery shopping for us ahead of time. She also connected us with an amazing local chef who cooked for us twice while we were there. Finally, the villa is beautiful - the view to the Adriatic, the grounds, the period furniture - all wonderful!

La casa di Maurizio è a dir poco splendida Penso che poche persone nella vita abitino in una casa così bella e di lusso La posizione senza macchina non è comoda, ma se si vuole trascorrere del tempo o delle vacanze in una zona splendida e in un una casa splendida questo è il posto giusto. Maurizio gentilissimo e disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente!

Wir hatten für 14 Tage die Casa Pilar bei Staffollo im September/ Oktober mit vier Personen gemietet. Es war ein rundum sehr schöner gelungener Aufenthalt. Lisa und Christiano haben uns sehr, sehr freundlich empfangen und uns das Haus gezeigt. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, alle Küchengeräte usw. vorhanden. Das ganze Haus hat eine tolle Aussicht über die Hügellandschaft der Marken , liegt ruhig, aber nicht abseits. Wir waren viel mit den Rennrädern unterwegs, eine perfekte Gegend für Radtouren. Zum Meer ist es eine halbe Stunde Fahrt. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt und nach einer Woche das gesamte Haus geputzt , neue Bettwäsche, Handtücher usw. gewechselt. Der Billardtisch ist ein schöner Zeitvertreib für die Abende an denen es um diese Jahreszeit schon rel. früh dunkel wird. Zusammengefasst, ein sehr schöner Ort um entspannt seinen Urlaub zu verbringen.

Klasse gewesen trotz grosser Gruppe - Super Unterkunft, tolle Lage und ein unglaublich freundlicher Gastgeber welcher sehr entgegenkommend war. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Questo alloggio è stato il migliore in cui siamo stati! La proprietaria, con cui ho chattato, è stata super disponibile, chiara e trasparente. Il proprietario che ci ha accolto per il check-in ci ha fatti sentire a casa e ci ha spiegato come usare tutto ciò che la casa offre. Sono entrambi molto amichevoli, pazienti e accoglienti. La casa è fantastica e dotata di ogni comodità: lavastoviglie, lavatrice, phon, microonde, forno e fornelli a induzione. Ogni stanza ha una TV con abbonamento Netflix, il che è stato un grande plus. La doccia è moderna e stupenda. All'esterno c'è un grande spazio verde e una vasca idromassaggio super rilassante. Mi è dispiaciuto non poter usare la zona barbecue, ma spero di riuscirci la prossima volta, perché sicuramente tornerò. Questo posto è davvero speciale!

La casa hermosa, confortable, todos los servicios impecables, te hacen sentir muy bien recibido y como en casa. La atención de Barbara la dueña excelente, atenta a todo lo que se requiera y de maravilloso trato, buscando atender de la manera mas amable y especial posible.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Auch die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll gestaltet und wir waren begeistert von der Größe und der Liebe zum Detail. Ebenso der Garten und der Pool waren nicht zu übertreffen! Wir sind mehr als zufrieden!

Gospodyni Maddalena była zaangażowana, pomocna i dokładnie taka jak gospodyni być powinna! Grazie Maddalena, molto grazie! Dom bardzo duży, złożony z trzech osobnych i sporych mieszkań (w każdym dwie sypialnie, łazienka, pokój dzienny, kuchnia) do tego wygodny duuuży taras, zadbana zieleń, miejsca dla samochodów. Całość ogrodzona a więc nawet nieduże dzieci mogły bawić się swobodnie. Dom wygląda dużo lepiej niż na zdjęciach :-) Co ciekawe, a o czym chyba nie ma wzmianki, dom jest dopasowany w całości do osób poruszających się na wózkach inwalidzkich a więc tym bardziej rodziny z malymi dziecmi w gondolach lub sapcerówkach poczują się komfortowo. Okolica w mjare odludna, z dala od turystów i tłumu. Dookoła piękna, skaliste góry po których można wędrować do woli. Nad morze jest godzina jazdy (do Fano, gdzie są fajne, płytkie kąpieliska za falochronami - dla dzieci w sam raz). Do najbliższego sklepu 10 minut jazdy. Do najbliższego supermarketu (Familia) jest 25 minut jazdy. W okolicy, jak kto się uorze, znajdzie kilka miejsc gdzie miejscowi kąpią się w górskich rzekach oraz jedno, śliczne, nieduże jeziorko (na pólnocny zachód od Piobbico). Jedynym mankamentem jest to, że sąsiad ma kilka psów które czasem postanawiają szczekać, ale nie było to na tyle uciążliwe by zakłóciło nasz pobyt. Szukaliśmy miejsca domowego, spokojnego, z dala ot turystycznego szaleństwa i Villa Glicine jest dokładnie taka. Polecam z czystym sumieniem.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

Casa impeccabile, come da descrizione, servizi ottimi per adulti e bambini. La casa é perfetta anche per i proprietari di cani, perché gli spazi sono molto ampi, completamente recintati e la zona é molto tranquilla. Federico é un host molto gentile e disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato!

Villa dei Melogani (Pomegranate Villa) is cinematic, something from a movie. It lives up to its billing, offering a huge country house to share with friends & relatives & many spaces for enjoying the outdoors: orchards, vegetable gardens, a small bamboo forest, wild blackberries, a backdoor patio under the oleanders where a fox visited us one evening. The standout feature is the pool. It was the key reason we chose this particular property and it did not disappoint—huge enough to accommodate all seven of us and long enough to enjoy a daily laps regime. It also kept us cool through super-hot August days. Milan-based owners Alberto & Lucia were ultra-responsive & full of fun local suggestions. Orietta left the place spotless & gave a welcoming tour. Groundskeeper Giuseppe was a daily delight—dropping off gigantic fresh tomatoes, eggs, & baskets of wild blackberries. Umbertide is also beautiful, a hilltop mediaeval gem of excellent restaurants & history. Would go back in a second!

La casa è meravigliosa! Situata un posizione splendida, con molta luce e molto sole. Il giardino è molto curato e la piscina assolutamente perfetta (con trampolino con cui i miei ragazzi si sono divertiti tantissimo!). gli interni sono davvero molto ben arredati e curati in ogni dettaglio. Non abbiamo dovuto portare nulla, se non i nostri vestiti (c'era praticamente tutto: asciugamani, lenzuola, teli mare, etc etc). le camere sono davvero grandi e confortevoli. il supermercato è vicino così come altri negozi che possono essere necessari. gli host sono stati sempre molto gentili e premurosi (Hans sempre molto presente). uniche note da migliorare: la TV non funzionava (è venuto subito il tecnico 👍🏻 ma non è stato possibile ripararla), lo scarico del WC non funzionava bene, c'erano parecchi nidi di calabroni sotto il tetto e non si potevano tenere le finestre aperte. in generale il soggiorno è stato bellissimo e consiglierei subito questa casa meravigliosa!!

Der Gastgeber Andrea war sehr hilfsbereit und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Das Haus sieht aus wie auf den Bildern und es ist eine sehr ruhige Umgebung. Der Garten ist super gepflegt und gross. Andrea war bei jedem Problem hilfsbereit.

We had a wonderful warm stay the the beautiful la Poderina Vila, the villa surrounded by beautiful nature and amazing river just at the backyard and the place itself is super beautiful, comfortable and has everything you need for a long stay ❤️ Fransesco our host was always so kind and warm and willing to help and recommend on nice places to visit and it really felt like he want us to enjoy our stay ! Thank you so much dear Fransesco for a wonderful and amazing vacation!’ We absolutely loved every minute of it ❤️

Bellissima villa rustica, immersa nel verde; la casa è ben disposta ed arredata con gusto, ed offre tutto il necessario per una permanenza confortevole. Ampia area living e cucina fornita di tutto il necessario compreso un ampio frigo, una cantina vini e una macchina per fare il ghiaccio. Un biliardino dà la possibilità di trascorrere serate in compagnia di amici e familiari. La piscina, di dimensioni generose, si affaccia sullo splendido panorama delle colline circostanti. Simon è stato molto premuroso e disponibile. Ottima esperienza.

Siamo state davvero bene in questa villa. La casa è enorme, ben tenuta e molto accogliente. Arredamenti scelti in modo preciso e attento per offrire diverse esperienze e servizi particolari (salotto che diventa sala cinema!). Gli spazi esterni sono spettacolari, soprattutto il giardino e le sale interne, perfetti per rilassarsi. Ha tutto il necessario sia per lavorare che per divertirsi. Un grande grazie all’host, sempre disponibile e gentile. Esperienza super positiva

A heartfelt and massive thanks to Chiara for eight great days in amazing surroundings and a very nice apartment. Everything was great. The apartment was clean, spacious and very well equipped. The pool is great, the big garden is a great joy and the the view from everywhere on the premises is stunning. Chiara is such a nice and considerate host and both we and our two children enjoyed every second there! We highly recommend staying at Il Colle delle Terrazze, you won’t regret it!

The holidays were perfect. It is a very nice and large house, in a very good location. There is a small bakery 5 minutes by car. There is a beach 15 minutes drive away. The host is very friendly and the service is great. The pool is big enough and the view is beautiful. There are no direct neighbors, you are on your own. There is a large terrace, in the afternoon the terrace is in the shade.

We had wonderful days in Andrea’s house in Mondaino. Spacious bed- and bathrooms, wonderful terrace for dinners and good pool-area. Minor electricity-issues which Andrea made sure to solve very quickly. Our party of nine people (ages 12-55) all agreed that we would recommend the house to other travelers. We also recommend visiting other nearby villages where there are amazing views and local restaurants. One example is Montegridolfo.

Absolutely astonishing! Great place for a larger group, very clean, enough space, calm and great landscape. Loris (housekeeper) was a great support for any questions. Highly recommended!

Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Wohnung und Pool waren sehr schön, Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Soggiorno perfetto, il bnb è in una posizione bellissima, tranquilla e immersa nelle colline marchigiane. Giuseppe è super, presente e disponibile, ti fa sentire a casa e sempre pronto a scambire due chiacchere o a intervenire per eventuali problematiche. Nulla da aggiungere, assolutamente una struttura super consigliata per un soggiorno in famiglia o con amici. Se siete appassionati di stelle ,la sera il cielo è meraviglioso e si presta a bellissime osservazioni.

Es war alles Perfekt. Das Airbnb entsprach genau den Fotos und war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist wunderschön und Ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit Anna war einwandfrei, sehr freundlich und angenehm. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Oppholdet i huset til Maria og Angelo var rett og slett fantastisk. De tok oss svært godt imot, selv om vi var mange timer forsinket på grunn av forsinket fly, rot med leiebil og stengt Autostrada. Hele eiendommen, både innvendig og utvendig, holder en meget høy standard. Alt framsto som ekstremt rent og velholdt. Vi satte stor pris på å ha tre store soverom, to gode bad, stue med behagelige møbler, godt utstyrt kjøkken og to balkonger som kunne brukes til frokost eller et glass vin om kvelden. Vi hadde også stor glede av det velholdte bassengområdet og den frodige og vakre hagen. Oppsummert - hvis du ønsker deg et ferieopphold med utmerket komfort og med de aller beste verter - i et område med nesten bare italienske turister - da anbefales dette huset på det sterkeste.
