The Guesthouse is in a quiet green area of Woombye, near Nambour & close to Maroochydore. There is plenty of room to park park your cars, boats & trailers. There is a swimming pool 100 metre walk to the main house. Coolum is approximately 15 minutes drive, Noosa & Eumundi Markets are 30 minutes. Montville is just 15 minutes up the hill with a choice of 3 scenic drives. Maroochydore Plaza 15 minutes. Brisbane is 1 1/2 hours drive (to Southside Rocklea), the Woombye train station is 5 minutes away. The Big Pineapple & HQ Zoo, and a great range of eateries like Rick's Garage are nearby.

There are two indoor fireplaces and an outdoor firepit to enjoy during the cooler months, perfect to relax by with a glass of wine. The house has 2 large bedrooms with a queen bed and 2 single beds which can be converted to a king bed if needed. There is a fully self contained kitchen, laundry with washing and drying facilities. On the large deck is an outdoor kitchen and ample seating and a dining area. In the main room are very comfortable 3 seater and 2 seater leather lounges set in front of a large TV and fireplace.

Belltree Ridge is an absolute treasure in a stunning location. It is an extremely unique hand crafted homestead built from reclaimed and local timber. It offers complete privacy and is just 11 kms from the township of Maleny. For winter comfort, a wood burning fireplace and for summer an outside fire-pit . We also have ducted air-conditioning and heating. We now have Starlink Wi-fi but will happily turn it off so guests can really disconnect from their busy lives.
