Great place! The perfect location for a short stay, close to everything we needed and he let us check in much earlier. The only downside was the air in the building outside of the apartment was very difficult for me to breathe with my asthma.

Georgi’s place was very nice and well maintained. The amenities were clearly listed while booking the stay. The apartment has good public transport connectivity to all the major places and marketplace. Georgi was proactive in replying with any questions. Overall a great place to stay at :)

This is a beautiful appartement in a very old building. First impression at the main entrance was a let down as the door knob fell off and although I asked them to fix it, they claimed they needed approval from all the other owners. Really, a few screws would have done the job and removed any rust being stuck inside in case of emergency. The flat is great and has everything one needs (with the exception of mugs - we only got 2 for 4 people and even when asked we were told this was the max capacity. On the contrary, we got 10 espresso cups!). The beds are comfortable, it was clean and airy. Excellent location and walkable to everything and with shops, cafe, and bakeries close by. Overall I would recommend it. It’s a bit more expensive than is worth, but it’s good for a long w/end. A few more mugs, maybe a few more espresso capsules (got 4 for 3 days booking for 4 people…), and a more responsive and helpful service would be appreciated.

A modern, stunning, and very clean apartment ...wishing i could stay here forever. The location works perfect , super close to the airport, a few minutes walking distance to Sofouli street and "Nea paralia" the waterfront of Thessaloniki. The host was friendly, attentive and always available. There is some noise from the street (earplugs will help), but that won't stop me from staying here again.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Magda. Le logement est très propre et le balcon super avec vue sur la mer et les montagnes ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Je recommande !

Panagiota's place is wonderful. The location is close to everything. You can walk everywhere. There is a beautiful terrace. The apartment is very clean and perfect for a long stay. There is beautiful artwork and many comfortable extras. The bed is super comfortable. Panagiota was the best host ever. She helped me with so many things. She was also super flexible with my checkin and checkout. She responds immediately and checks in on you. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. I will definitely come back. This is the best apartment for your stay in Thessaloniki. You couldn't find a more comfortable place. This place is 5 stars!

This was my second stay at Vasilis' place, and once again, it was an absolute delight. I spent two weeks here, and the apartment continues to impress. The decor is truly unique—refreshing and different from the standard, cookie-cutter Airbnbs you often come across. The space is thoughtfully designed with modern touches like a large TV with proper speaker system, comfy seating, a spacious shower, heating/AC, cool lighting, etc. For those needing a work-friendly environment, this apartment is fantastic. The kitchen table offers plenty of room, and there are multiple outlets right on the kitchen counter. Plus, the fiber-optic internet! Parking is another bonus for me — despite the area sometimes being busy, there’s always a spot to be found if you follow the street uphill towards the school. Vasilis is an outstanding host, always attentive and accommodating. The place is truly a gem.

Perfect place for a calm and relaxing holiday! We felt as we were visiting an old friend of ours. Kyriakos was very welcoming and kind host who was available at all times. The room was incredebly clean and tidy with all amenities needed for a good stay. The location was perfect - quiet and at the same time close to the center of Psakoudia. There is plenty of parking space as there are parking spots infront and on the opposite side of the road which are available to the public and were always free. Overall a very nice vacation, we recommend with both hands!

Sofia’s place was perfect for our stay. Close to the metro for easy access to the Center. Very clean and easy to find. All hosts were very responsive and proactive in communications, making check-in and everything easy!

Cozy apartment near the sea. Everything is in walking distance like shops, restaurants, bars, beach. Although it was very quiet during the winter period, I had everything I needed in the apartment. Having heating in the apartment (which is rare in the area) made the colder winter days manageable on my work trip. Thanos was a helpful and friendly host who went above and beyond to make me feel at home. I recommend his place for every season of the year.

Υπέροχο κατάλυμα! Καθαρό κ προσεγμένο. Η Ελένη σαν οικοδέσποινα ήταν καταπληκτική. Άμεσα διαθέσιμη για οποιαδήποτε απορία ή διευκρίνιση χρειάστηκε. Μας διευκόλυνε με την ώρα άφιξης Κ ώρα αναχώρησης για την εξυπηρέτηση των παιδιών μας , κάτι που μας άφησε τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα κ όταν ξανά επισκεφτούμε την Θεσσαλονίκη θα είναι πρώτο στις επιλογές μας😁😄

A lakás nagyon szépen berendezett, hangulatos, minden igényünket kielégítette. Külön kiemelném a teraszt, amit mindenki szeretett.

The flat is very large and bright, very nicely furnished with two separable sleeping areas and comfy beds. The outside balcony is great to enjoy both breakfast and a quiet drink with mezze in the evening. The 5th floor is very manageable as the stairs are large and not slippery. The location is perfect: close enough to the bustling waterfront with specialty shops and numerous restaurants, yet far enough to enjoy a peaceful night and there are two lurker supermarket right outside. Amenities are complete and well thought, including a very useful electric transformer. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back with great pleasure!

Lovely place, very close to the beach. Everything was nice and tidy. Would definitely recommend!!

Un loc ideal de relaxare, cu gazde primitoare, o locație liniștită, confortabilă și intimă, cu posibilitatea alegerii mai multor moduri plăcute de petrecere a timpului: în apropiere se află o frumoasă plajă sălbatică, iar la o plimbare de circa 5 minute sunt numeroase restaurante și baruri cu zona de plajă impecabil amenajată. Un loc minunat și o locație excelentă în care cu siguranță vom reveni în anul viitor. Mulțumim, Antonis!

We would like to thank Lou and Greg for the wonderful vacation. They always stayed in touch with us and were very attentive. The house is in a quiet neighborhood but also very close to the center. The house was exactly as described in the listings. Thank you for everything, we will come again another time.

Particularitatea a fost cazarea la trecerea dintre ani. Am cautat un loc langa mare, cu semineu, pentru a ma simti ca acasa. Pentru asteptarile mele a fost fix ce cautam. Cred ca si vara e un loc placut. Cu gazda am comunicat foarte bine, mi-a pus lemne la dispozitie, nu cred ca o sa aveti nevoie de asta vara :) Vizitez frecvent cazari cu seminee si stiu ca proprietarii ofera doar cateva lemne, pentru atmosfera. Aici nu a fost cazul. Oricum am avut un sac cu lemne in portbagaj, aduse din Romania :)) Locuinta e bine dotata, locul e primitor, mult lemn si piatra. Pentru noi a fost o experienta placuta.

Υπέροχος και καθαρός χώρος, με όμορφη θέα στην πόλη. Αυτό που κυρίως το κάνει να ξεχωρίζει είναι το υδρομασάζ.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Gastgeber war sehr gut erreichbar und empfahl uns z.B. Parkplätze und Restaurants. Das half uns sehr durch den Trubel der Stadt in den Osterfeiertagen. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und man merkt, dass sie mit Liebe eingerichtet ist. Es ist eine richtige Wohlfühloase. Der Whirlpool war ein tolles Plus, wir konnten uns dort abends super entspannen. Natürlich hört man auf dem Balkon die Stadtgeräusche, aber uns störte dies wenig. Dafür war die Lage super, es gab viele Restaurants und Shoppingmöglichkeiten rundherum. Das einzige was für uns persönlich besser gewesen wäre, sind zwei Bettdecken fürs Bett, sodass jede Person eine eigene hat. Das ist aber nur unsere persönliche Präferenz. Wir können es jedem empfehlen! Ein toller Abschluss unseres Urlaubes in Griechenland.

Η διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα αυτό ήταν εξαιρετική! Ο χώρος ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες και πεντακάθαρος! Σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμούσαμε!

Престоя ни беше приятен. Домакина ни посрещна, деня преди настаняване ни изпрати много информация за по-бърз достъп до локацията ,за добри ресторанти,забележителности и локации за плаж. Престоя ни беше спокоен, апартамента отговаряше напълно на описанията и пространството ни беше достатъчно за голямата ни компания..

Πολύ καλή διαμονή, εύκολη πρόσβαση, το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα! Πολύ κοντά στα πάντα και με τα ΜΜΜ κινείσαι άνετα παντού χωρίς πρόβλημα. Η επικοινωνία ήταν άριστη! Την επόμενη φορά που θα ξαναβρεθώ στη Θεσσαλονίκη θα το προτιμήσω ξανά.
