Great location, the apartment is brand new. Cleaning lady was there every day to clean the apartment, change the towels. Balcony is exceptional you can just hang out entire day in the sades and look at the Aegean sea.

Almyriki Studio ist eine perfekte Unterkunft für Menschen die Ruhe und Entspannung abseits von Touristen-Trubel suchen. Die Unterkunft ist für zwei Personen sehr, sehr schön und entspricht vollständig den Beschreibungen. Der Strand (30m) war wunderschön und mit ca. 1km Länge und mit ca. 20 Menschen leer. In Sindonia gab es bis Ende Oktober eine Taverne am Strand, die viel von Einheimischen besucht wurde und super gute heimische Gerichte hat, aber auch sehr gute Standards liefert (Pizza, etc.)! Im Umkreis von 20 km gibt es etliche Bergwanderungen die eine sehr gute und spannende Alternative zum Strand sind. Alles in allem, sehr empfehlenswert!

Excellent place where to spend holidays! The appartement is clean and really well located. The view is amazing. If you use the jacuzzi think about setting the temperature and covering a coupe of hours before using it.

Ho trascorso un periodo di due settimane con altri 3 amici in questo alloggio, posizione comodissima al centro ed in riva al mare. Zona molto tranquilla. Abbiamo trovato poco dietro alla casa un locale di pita gyros spettacolare. C'è un supermercato molto vicino. A 10 minuti dalla casa c'è una stazione dei bus per visitare altre città di Creta. Alloggio molto accogliente, pulito, molti prodotti per la pulizia della casa, lenzuola e asciugamani puliti. Dovessimo tornare a Creta sicuramente torneremo in questo appartamento.

Traveled off season to this lovely house just outside a wonderful, walkable town. Our GPS sent us to the wrong location but Karolos was responsive and helped us find the house. We loved the deck overlooking the beach and sea. There was some pre-season maintenance happening that blocked our access via the house path to the beach but we found another way to access it. We also had a very friendly cat who visited us daily for attention. We loved Aigos Nikolas and would return again!

Für uns war Ioannis Haus eine Idylle und die schönste Unterkunft, die wir auf Kreta hatten. Ein Airbnb Schmuckstück! Im Olivenhain, so nah am Meer, ticken die Uhren anders. Jetzt im Frühling hat alles geblüht, es war wunderschön! Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hell und offen. Der Balkon nach vorne raus ist noch viel größer, als aus den Fotos hervorgeht. Ioannis war sehr zuverlässig, schnell im antworten und hat uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Falls Sie noch überlegen zu buchen, tun Sie es, solange Sie die Gelegenheit dazu haben!!! Absolute Empfehlung!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Les hôtes étaient très gentils, chaleureux et arrangeants. Ils ont vite répondu à nos messages et nous ont même laissé des biscuits, boissons, fruits et bonbons à disposition. Le studio est spacieux et confortable. On a son espace privé. Les environs sont très naturels et beaux. Il est nécessaire d'avoir une voiture. Les 2 chiens et le.chst qui sont autour de la propriété sont très mignons. Nous recommandons à 100% !

We had a wonderful 5-day vacation at the villa. The property was stunning! It was tastefully designed, offering full privacy, and was super clean. We used the brick oven to make pizza and also enjoyed the pool. Everything was just as it looked in the pictures, and the villa was equipped with everything we needed. Pandelis, the owner, was very responsive to all of our requests and questions. I highly recommend this place!
