Kostas is an excellent host. He communicated well, provided snacks, bottled water and was always available for questions or support. In his village there is a small but well stocked grocery store and a few cafes. The apartment was spotless! All amenities as listed. If you have a car, this is the place to be!

Super schöne Wohnanlage mit Pool und Meerblick. Alles sehr gepflegt und super sauber. Die Wohnung ist ebenfalls makellos sauber, gemütlich und toll ausgestattet. Tolle Betten und super Aussicht auf den Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer. Die Appartementanlage liegt absolut ruhig und angenehm abseits vom Trubel. Bis Nafplio sind es mit dem Auto ca. 10 Minuten.

We spent 2 whole weeks in October in Mariangela's apartment, when the weather was still warm, but not too hot, and the water temperature was perfect (24-25 degrees). Our main goal was having a relaxing time and the apartment ideally fitted this goal. We received the key for access to a private beach, 100 meter from the home, so we went swimming almost every day, sometimes even twice. Other beaches were nearby. Notwithstanding our late arrival at 10 PM we were met cordially by Mariangela and her husband Michael. The refrigerator was filled with welcome gifts, such as wine, juice, bread and paté. Also there were lots of food supplies (coffee, tea, own olive oil, candies, crackers), all of which we were invited to use. Mariangela and Michael were very helpful and momentarily answered to all our requests. Michael even invited us for a private boat trip, which we unfortunately had to decline. We immediately felt at home in the apartment! Next time in Greece we will surely return here!

A great place at a beautiful location on the island. The host was incredible nice and helpful. Really enjoyed the stay and can highly recommend it!

Το σπίτι είναι πανέμορφο!!! Ακριβώς όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες, κομψό και όμορφα διακοσμημένο. Ήταν πεντακάθαρος ο χώρος και μύριζε φανταστικά. Βρίσκεται σε πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή, ιδανική για όποιον θέλει ιδιωτικότητα και ηρεμία, λίγα μόλις λεπτά από το κέντρο του Ναυπλίου. Ο κύριος Παναγιώτης μας υποδέχτηκε με πολλή χαρά, φαίνεται πολύ καλός άνθρωπος και ήταν εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης! Προτείνω τις Elite Luxury Residences ανεπιφύλακτα και θα τις προτιμήσουμε όταν επισκεφτούμε ξανά το Ναύπλιο-ελπίζω σύντομα!!! 🥰

The owners of the house are the kindest people I have met in a long time! We where spoiled with homebaked foods & snacks, and they where ready to help whenever we needed anything. The location is wonderful if your looking for a small quiet retreat. There are two beaches you can go to, one of them easily within walking distance, and additionally there is a small path down from the house to the water (1 min) where you can take a dive with no-one around whatsoever. I would recommend bringing some watershoes however as there are some sea urchins in the area. Additionally its absolutely worth to bring some snorkeling gear, as there is a lot to see underwater if you know where to look! :) The house itself has a lot of character with many handcrafted elements and colour. The views from the balcony are great & the house offers multiple spots to hangout and chill both inside & outside. There isn't a supermarket close by so if you don't come by car I would recommend bringing some food. :)

I think this has to be the best equipped airbnb I have ever stayed in. Alexandra has thought of everything. The kitchen had every single appliance you could ever need, we were able to cook delicious homemade food everyday, there was even a hot water bottle which would definitely come in handy on those colder winter nights. It was situated perfectly with two supermarkets, a green grocers and the farmers market close by and all of the restaurants and shops are very close by too. We were able to leave the car at home and walk to all of the climbing areas including Jupiter and Mars. It is in a very peaceful part of Leonidio and there is a little courtyard to sit out in too which is very private. Great stay and fantastic host, thank you so much!

Accueil vraiment amical de la part de Niki! Logement correct pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Propre et bien équipé avec un joli jardin et un espace extérieur agréable pour prendre les repas. Place de stationnement devant la maison. Idéalement situé pour visiter les alentours : pas loin d'Epidaure, 30 min de Methana et Poros, 50 min de Nauplie, 1h00 de route pour prendre le ferry pour Hydra. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et reviendrions avec plaisir.

Το κατάλυμα του Ανδρέα ήταν πολύ όμορφο κ ο ίδιος εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης τόσο κατά τη διάρκεια όσο κ μετά την αναχώρηση. Καθαρό , φωτεινό κ ακριβώς όπως εμφανίζεται στην καταχώρηση. Συνιστάται ανεπιφύλακτα σε όλους τους επισκέπτες της περιοχής.

Lovely little studio, perfect for one night when I found myself without a place to stay due to flights being cancelled. Has everything you need in a very compact, clean and modern space right in the centre of Leonidio. Georgia is so kind, she even offered to make me dinner! (Sadly already had dinner plans with friends.) Only issue I found was the water in the shower not staying warm for more than 5 minutes in the morning, but probably just missed a switch somewhere.

Es war ein Vergnügen, in dieser Unterkunft zu wohnen! Die Kommunikation mit Chryssa war super – immer schnell und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war nicht nur sauber, sondern auch großzügig geschnitten und modern eingerichtet. Ein weiteres Plus war der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, was den Aufenthalt noch komfortabler machte. Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der eine gemütliche und gut ausgestattete Bleibe sucht.

Μια πολύ καλή επιλογή στο ήσυχο χωριό της Πραγματευτής. Το σπίτι είναι χαρακτηριστικό της τοπικής αρχιτεκτονικής, με απλές παροχές και χωρίς πρόσφατη ανακαίνιση, αλλά λειτουργικό και όμορφο. Η βεράντα προσφέρει ιδιωτικότητα από το υπόλοιπο χωριό και μια εξαιρετική θέα στη θάλασσα και το απέναντι βουνό. Η επικοινωνία με την Μίνα ήταν εξαιρετική και οι οδηγίες της σαφείς και συγκεκριμένες. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Villa for 4 nights and absolutely loved it! We felt so comfortable and enjoyed the amazing atmosphere. Highlights were the pool, sauna and the kitchen with a view of the pool and garden. We did yoga every morning in the garden (great that two mats were provided!) and had fun with the friendly neighbour and two adorable dogs. The owners and neighbour were incredibly kind, offering great recommendations and advice. The warmhearted atmosphere truly reflects my impression of Greece (my first visit, but definitely not the last)! Loutraki is lovely, with everything you need nearby, and we also enjoyed a night at the casino just 5 minutes from the villa. I’d love to come back! Thank you!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist ideal, um die Umgebung von Nafplio zu erkunden. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Obwohl wir Timi nicht persönlich getroffen haben, hat er immer sofort auf Nachrichten regiert und alle Fragen sofort beantwortet, inklusive Restauranttipps. Absolut empfehlenswert!

We had a great stay at Argyris’s place. He was a very thoughtful host—he helped us get to and from the port and had the house well stocked. The views were amazing and we were able to have breakfast outside. We really enjoyed our time on Spetses.

Sehr stilvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit einem sehr gemütlichen Bett und allem was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Herzen von Tripoli. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und stehen jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke nochmals für alles!

Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden. Eine sehr saubere, sehr geschmackvolle Wohnung in zentraler Lage und dennoch sehr ruhig. Unsere Tochter, 3 Jahre alt, liebte den Spielplatz gleich vor dem Haus :) Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Weiche Handtücher, tolle Matrazen und schöne Bettwäsche und eine mega gut ausgestattete Küche. Der Tiefgaragenparkplatz war sehr angenehm. Wir werden, wenn wir wieder nach Nafplion reisen, zu 100% wieder dort übernachten wollen.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ακριβώς όπως περιγράφεται. πολύ καθαρός χώρος και ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ φιλικός και απαντούσε αμέσως. Έδωσε και πολύ επιτυχημένες προτάσεις για την περιοχή. Όποτε βρεθώ στην περιοχή θα τον προτιμήσω και πάλι! όλα άψογα!

Πραγματικά άψογος χώρος, ιδανικός για μέχρι 6 άτομα, μεγάλοι και άνετοι όλοι οι χώροι, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και πεντακάθαροι όλοι οι χώροι κατά την άφιξη μας. Σημαντική παροχή επίσης το πάρκινγκ εντός του κτιρίου. Βρίσκεται σε πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά όπου με μόλις με 5 λεπτά περπάτημα βρίσκεσαι στη κεντρική πλατεία της πόλης και στα γύρω σημεία ενδιαφέροντος, εστιατόρια μαγαζιά κτλ. Άψογοι οικοδεσπότες, άμεσοι τις φορές που χρειάστηκα κάτι. Προτείνω χωρίς 2η σκέψη το χώρο σε επισκέπτες της Τρίπολης.

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, ακριβώς στο κέντρο της πόλης. Ήταν καθαρό και περιποιημένο και η επικοινωνία ήταν άψογη. Όλα αυτά έκαναν την διαμονή μας στην Τρίπολη πολύ ευχάριστη!
