Fantastic place and location right next to the dog-friendly beach, which we and our pup enjoyed so much! The house is a great retro style.

For people who want to bring their pups with them, I cannot recommend the Treehouse more. Just a stones throw away from the Belongil Dog beach and within easy walking distance to the town centre, it’s truly a gem of a find.

This cottage is a gem in Byron Bay, and Kathy is the most generous, welcoming and kind host. The cottage is set in a beautiful tropical garden, but is only a few minutes walk from the beach. Kathy has provided everything you need for your stay, and we had wonderful dinners on the large back deck, one evening in the light of the full moon! Kathy is a great communicator and was flexible about arranging check in a bit early so we could come straight from the airport. The cottage was spotlessly clean. It has a beautiful peaceful energy and is a little haven, a 10 minute walk into town but with none of the busyness of the town. One of my favourite Airbnb stays ever - I didn’t want to leave! Thank you Kathy for such a memorable stay. 💜

Great location to the beach. Well setup house with all that could be asked from a home like bathroom, kitchen, laundry supplies. Good kitchen pots and pans, herbs, coffee machine. Great open plan kitchen. Dog friendly. Just homely and comfortable

A delightful condo right on the river. Richard was so helpful with instructions to make our stay easy. The view from the main bedroom is spectacular and quite a way to wake up in the morning. The house has so many little touches to help families feel at home from a fully stocked kitchen to beach towels and board games. We would love to stay longer next time!

The house is very beautiful. We and bunny （British longhair）and eggie（samoyed）were very happy to live together. It's a pity that I don't have time to go to the surrounding beach. I will come again if I have a chance!

We loved our stay here! Such a lovely, comfortable airy beach house!. We highly enjoyed being so close to the dog beach, the generous yard, outdoor furniture with bbq. The inside decor of the house is very well taken care of and well stocked. The renovated bathroom is very fresh. We would love to come back soon.

Lois was great with communication and did a massive favour for me with no hassle. I left my festival tix in sydney and she picked them up from her PO Box and delivered them to me. Very kind!! Place is in my fave location in Byron. Belongil opposite the beach. Great spot.

We had great stay at Yamba. The place is very new and modern and their was lots of space for our family of 5. The plunge pool was a hit with the kids and not too cold for April. Good location, was very close to an unpatrolled beach and the main patrolled beach wasn't too far away either.

We really enjoyed our stay, the area is really well maintained. We did some beautiful walks from our Tree top home. The kids loved the pool, although a bit cold. All in all we had a lovely stay and would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment! It was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and in a perfect location, close to everything we needed yet peaceful and comfortable. The little thoughtful touches throughout the space truly showed that the host genuinely cares about their guests, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

it was a perfect spot for exploring Byron Bay and the surrounds. We loved being able to walk into Byron. the reception was helpful and accommodated us with a special request. we hope to be back. Thanks for a great stay!

Property advertising photos were accurate and not taken to make out the property was better than it actually was. There was more than enough furniture, appliances and general usage items for all of our visitors. We all were satisfied with the property and its appointments. We didn’t end up using the garage as we found it too narrow for our vehicle and we were able to safely park on the street. We will happily return sometime in the future.

Wonderful, spacious home in a stunning location, metres from Belongil Beach. The balcony with an outlook and BBQ facilities was a highlight and the pool was a treat. Margy and Graham's home is very inviting and so well equipped. Highly recommend.

We had a terrific stay. The apartment is well located close the beach and cafes and a short drive to Ballina CBD and the river for a swim. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The view of the ocean from the living space is a real bonus especially for a wave check before heading to the beach. We hope to be back again

I spent a month in Gyan and Simon's boatshed and had the most wonderful time. I slept peacefully with the sound of the waves in the background. I woke up every morning to the birds singing and enjoyed the most incredible sunrises on the beach just four minutes from the house. Endless walks on the beach, through the national park and it's only a stone's throw to the centre of Byron Bay. Everything here has been chosen with love and taste. Delicious organic produce greeted me in the fridge on arrival. The boatshed has everything you need to feel at home. Gyan and Simon are the sweetest and most caring hosts. They gave me as much privacy as I wanted but were always there for me when I needed help. Thanks to their local tips and help with some of the organisation, I was able to explore so much and see the most beautiful places. It was incredible! Leaving this magical place and these beautiful humans was not easy.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The most perfect beach house that really feels like a home. The location is so incredible with access to the best and most secluded parts of Tallows Beach a few hundred meters walk away, but also walking distance or a short drive to the Suffolk shops. The house is fitted out with everything you need. The back courtyard area is really beautiful and the sauna and ice bath were amazing. Nathan was really responsive with communication and was very flexible when I kept on wanting to extend my stay! I’ll be back.

What a lovely place to stay, within walking distance of The Pass and Wategos beaches. Louise was a lovely host and Susanne was very friendly and welcoming upon checking us in. Communication was great. We loved the view from the sunroom and the sound of the waves at night.

Absolutely stunning home with one of the best views. Would stay again. Dont bother with the local bowlo or the local store.

The apartment was perfect for us. Would love to have had the bbq at the unit but completely understand the reason for the communal area… it was not a hassle,I’m just being lazy. You could stay without a car if that was the case as the shops have everything you need.

Linda’s house is spacious and modern, with all appliances necessary. It is within easy walk to Yamba town with its shops, bars, Leisure Centre, restaurants and beautiful beaches and headland tracks. The house is inside a wonderful gated community. Highly recommended.
