beautiful house and very well maintained. the property has everything you need and more. the location is excellent, 7 min from the market but also very peaceful. highlight was the beautiful dogs, kangaroos, koalas, horses,deer's and donkeys. thanks

Sheryl and Hani were great hosts, very friendly and hospitable. Their property was clean with all the amenities provided and the pool was great for kids. She switched on the jets before our arrival which made the water warm for my kids to go in and enjoy. Also I asked her for late check out and she was kind enough to accept our request. I am very thankful to them. Our stay was very pleasant at their property and hopefully we'll come back again.

Absolutely lovely, very spacious and well appointed family home shared with us. Nice quiet surrounds with great outdoor areas. Being pet friendly was a great advantage. Everything was there, didn’t need for anything. Fully stocked pantry, toiletries and fridge essentials. Games and books in abundance. Entire property very clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. Exceptional host. Will need to include the whole family for our next stay.

Stayed here while attending a funeral and it was a perfect peaceful location. Cinema room a massive plus. Everything was clean and tidy and beds very comfy. Any questions we had were answered quickly and clear instruction on how to use certain things in the home. Had a lovely relaxing 5 days and will definitely be back when in the area. Beautiful house it was so easy to find and felt just like home, beds felt amazing and comfortable. The house was super clean and was perfect for staying, would definitely stay longer. Especially the shopping centre being only a 5 min drives was perfect for shopping.

The Aruanda Farm is amazing place for organising the retreats and workshops. Only one hour from Melbourne and you can escape the busy city life at the beatiful forest in the nice home of Aruanda Farm. Special thanks to Natalia for her magic art class and warm hospitality. Excellent location and great value for money. The hosts were super professional & easy to deal with, totally did their due diligence for our check-in. On the contrary, Check-in info needs to be communicated slightly better as there was nothing indicating we had to get in through a grey gate to access the lockbox, it was a free access but we had to search for a good 5-10 minutes for the lockbox. The equipment in the house needs to be replaced. For instance, the soap dispenser wasn’t working in the main bathroom. Washing machine was super old, its quick wash cycle being a whopping 3 hours which was disappointing. There was a massive hole in one of the bedroom’s closet, the back gate to the garden was also playing up. Lastly, we’d expected cordless vacuum cleaner for convenience, however that wasn’t the case. Overall, with few minor changes/ improvements, this house has the potential to tick all the boxes

I would highly recommend it, the apartment is exceptionally well located with great views toward the city and the bay. Everything we needed was within a 5 min stroll, restaurants, tram stations, supermarket, bakery, bar etc. We will definitely stay again.

Wow where to start, this apartment was amazing, we had a fabulous view of the lake and the sea, it had everything we could possibly need and more, it was spotlessly clean and we loved every minute of our stay. Yes, it is on a main road but this in no way spoilt our holiday. Mark and Bianca were very responsive to questions we had and recommendations requested, the perfect hosts. The general location was also great within walking distance of lots of local areas and a short tram ride to the city. If this is available when you are looking to book you would struggle to find anywhere else that ticks so many boxes.

We had the most amazing stay here! I would highly recommend for any couples looking for their next trip to Melbourne. Stunning and spacious apartment, 5 minute walk from the tram to the city! Thank you to the host for making us feel so warm and welcome. Thank you so much!!

Es war von Anfang bis Ende ein toller Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung hatte eine tolle Aussicht und eine gute Ausstattung. Mit der kostenlosen Tram kommt man im 10 Minuten Takt in das Zentrum. Leider ist das Stadtviertel noch nicht so gut angekommen, weswegen gute Restaurants (insbesondere am Wochenende) sehr rar sind.

Great apartment close to transport and restaurants and an easy walk to the bustle of St Kilda. Froilan provided great communication and local recommendations.

Great place to stay. Jacqui gave comprehensive instructions that made check in and check out a breeze. Pictures accurately represented the property. Lots of lovely touches such as providing snacks, breakfast items and some basic cooking ingredients. Kitchen had everything needed. Clean. Jacqui also gave lots of great recommendations for the local area both sightseeing and places to eat. Good value accommodation which suited my needs.

Incredibly peaceful surrounds with rolling hills, pond with ducks and access to a tennis court and a basketball ring. The cottage is perfectly basic with a great selection of board games and a TV without Netflix/streaming. We enjoyed sunset on the back porch, games of tennis and the close proximity to beaches and wineries. Thank you Anastasia for sharing this slice of summer paradise

My partner and I stayed here for the weekend for some wine tasting and a hot air balloon ride. The cabin was really nice and felt so authentic. The atmosphere and environment was beautiful - the surrounding farm lands really added to the authenticity of the cabin experience as well as the well-kept antique furniture. The whole cabin reminded me of my late great aunt’s home back in South Carolina — pure nostalgia for me. The kitchen was super functional, the hot tub was great, the heated floors in the bathroom was an excellent touch, the single air-con was incredibly efficient in keeping the entire cabin cool in the summer heat but I would recommend bringing a personal fan just in case. Overall a fantastic experience, looking forward to staying again

What a gem of a place to find in Drysdale! Such a relaxing and quiet venue away from the hustle and bustle of the city life. The view is amazing, along with the walkable routes you can take around the property with Cesar, the resident tour guide farm dog! My kids (9 &7) loved every day here exploring and ‘helping’ with the farm animals at feed time along with just getting them back into nature activities & letting them roam around making their own fun up! Accomodation was great, could not fault it at all. If you just want a nice relaxing getaway that is only 10mins away from town, look no further.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this charming cottage. The property was exactly as described in the listing—adorable. The location was perfect! I loved walking to the city and exploring the local markets without the hassle of parking. Everything I needed was just a few minutes away, which made my stay so convenient and enjoyable. The cottage was cozy and thoughtfully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. I would book this place again for a city staycation. Highly recommended!🐾
