I loved my stay at Estuary Waterside Retreat in Falcon. The 2-storey house is light, bright and airy. It's tucked away from noise and traffic offering privacy and peace. The water view is lovely and the surrounding natural environment is a tonic. The layout is perfect with living downstairs and sleeping (and entertainment) upstairs. Large rooms, comfortable beds, two bathrooms - also washing machine and dryer. The estuary is 20 metres from the property. A stroll along the water's edge is a breeze with a well maintained pathway. Wallabies on the doorstep (almost) are beautiful. Supermarket, a variety of shops, take-away outlets, gym, medical services, pub etc are within walking distance. Close to Mandurah and an easy drive to Perth. Both Rod (owner) and Kerry (manager) are proactive, responsive and basically make the stay easy. I highly recommend Rod's place and I will certainly be a repeat guest.

We had a wonderful stay at John’s house. The house was well stocked and exactly as described, and the views from the top level are amazing.

Great place for a family weekend. Great kitchen with a family table for socialising. The kids enjoyed the kayaks and a beautiful outlook from the spa.

Home has a lot of character and is in a beautiful location. There has been attention to detail. The Serpentine River is right in the front yard and it can be seen from bed in the main bedroom. We saw a quenda from the kitchen window, countless birds, and dolphins in the river.

House is beautiful, spacious and clean with great selection of cooking/serving utensils and plenty of crockery/cutlery for large groups. Host is easy to communicate with and very understanding. We stayed as a family of 11 which included two elderly grandparents so all the rooms with ensuites was very handy. We had a wonderful time, thank you very much Cathy! Just a suggestion if there could be lights on the jetty that would be excellent so can fish bit longer as its so lovely and peaceful.

Very well equipped.Lots a extras in the fridge and pantry. Loved the coffee machine and pods. Comfortable bed. Lovely bathroom.Great kitchen. The only thing we went looking for, but didn't find was a fly swat, for that one pesky fly ;)

lovely place, plenty of room for kids to run around and lots to do on the property. lovely welcome basket on arrival. location is very peaceful and quiet while being close enough to australind and bunbury so plenty to do nearby

We had a very enjoyable stay with extended family, lots of space and areas to come together and have alone time. Wonderful setting and fishing off the jetty was a highlight.

Super lovely Airbnb! The place was clean and exactly as described. It was walking distance to cafes but still private and quiet. The off street parking was great. The hosts had great communication and answered messages quickly.

Geraint booked this for me ( his wife) it was a fab place to stay, a large top floor self contained apartment, immaculately clean with beautiful views, I sat watching the dolphins and sunsets! David was a very friendly host, always stopped for a chat and made me feel very comfortable. He met me and showed me around, told me I could use the kayaks and tennis court etc, I felt very much at home here and more importantly being on my own very safe, it’s a lovely neighbourhood, with a great walk along the waters edge into Mandurah. This is definitely an airbnb I would recommend and if in the area will book again! Thanks for a great stay.

Great little spot for our family. Had everything we needed for a few days in the city. Easy to access and find.

We had a fabulous stay at Lyda’s property. Great location, close to the city, Kings Park and the freeways. Lyda’s instructions were very clear. Lovely setting decor. Projector tv in the main bedroom was a treat for a family movie night. Lovely welcome gift. Well equipped kitchen with all the basics to cook a meal at home. Everything was really clean when we arrived. Little touches like the kids games were appreciated. Great value for money! Would definitely stay again.

I had a great experience staying at this Airbnb. The place is cozy and well-located, making it easy to explore the area. The host was incredibly responsive and understanding—during an emergency, they were flexible and helped accommodate my situation, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed my stay at Seb’s place. It was very comfortable and I had everything I that needed. I like the location as well, quiet area and very accessible by car. Seb is a great host and very helpful if you have any questions. Would recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting Perth!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was great — close to everything we needed yet quiet and peaceful. The amenities provided were thoughtful and made our stay very comfortable, especially with our young child. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. Gorgeous cottage on the property. The hosts were really kind, bringing us chocolate eggs over our Easter stay and very quick to respond to minor bumps that occurred due to no fault of them. Overall we had an amazing weekend and would recommend the place to anyone. :)

What a fabulous property and such a fantastic location. Thank you for hosting our team they had everything they needed for a great stay, bonus of being able to enjoy the outdoors kayaking and swimming in the lake after a day working. We highly recommend this cottage. It was very clean and neat. It is surrounded by trees and is very peaceful. Stephen was a delight to talk to and when asked was a wealth of knowledge about where to drive to for wineries and places to visit. We will definitely book here again. Thank you Stephen!

We had the pleasure of chatting with them a few times during our stay, and they were warm, welcoming, and wonderful people. We can’t thank you enough for sharing such a beautiful, peaceful, and lovingly designed getaway. The views are stunning and being able to take them in from the hot tub was pure bliss. Everything we could possibly need was thoughtfully provided, from the kitchen and bathroom essentials to BBQ supplies, entertainment, laundry needs, and even accommodations for our fur babies. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. It’s been far too long since we’ve had a weekend away that felt this special. Thank you again for such an unforgettable stay.
