It is located on a working farm with stunning views and access to 70 acres of private woodland as well as many footpaths and a village pub 5 minute walk away. It has underfloor heating throughout and a log burner in the sitting room.

It has its own slipway, providing direct access to the estuary for beach walks and launching small boats, canoes and paddleboards . The cottage has been recently restored and furnished to a very high standard. It has a new kitchen and new bathrooms, full central heating and a wood-burning stove.
