We loved staying here. The place was more spacious than we expected and had all the amenities we needed. It's tucked away, hidden down a country road, but there was a welcoming sign posted just for us. We were introduced to some local farm animals (Willow the mule and a hen with adopted baby chicks) and felt very welcomed. The property and area are beautiful.

What a stunning place to stay. The chalet is lovely and cosy. There is everything you need. The beds are comfortable and the shower is good too. The little seating area was perfect for having a coffee and listening to the birds and catching sight of little rabbits. We were also blessed with a little bird who used to sit at the window daily. The walk to the beach is easy and again, a beautiful view awaits you. It was a joy to spend time there.

We have had a very pleasant stay at this place. Especially, the children were eager to book the bunk beds available in one of the rooms. I highly recommend this place, and we will be returning in the future. Thanks to Barbara; she provided all the information about the place in a timely manner. We are happy with our stay, and it is worth what we paid.

We had a really good stay at John’s Pembrokeshire chalet. The chalet was really clean and was well equipped. Comfortable beds, a great TV with built in Freeview, good hot water and shower. The chalet lies in a beautifully kept quiet location and even though it was busy with lots of families and couples staying on the site, as we stayed during prime holiday time, it was always tranquil. John’s communication was excellent and he couldn’t have been more helpful and personable. The beaches and walks he recommended nearby were stunning. Really convenient for Newgale beach and other beaches. We will definitely return as we were sorry that we hadn’t planned to stay longer! In summary excellent functional place to stay offered at a sensible rate.

Great location where the beach is walking distance (plus point is I managed to go to the beach early in the morning for sunrise). The starting point for the hike from freshwater east to stackpole quay is from the beach itself, perfect to start the hike during sunrise with the sun slowly rising behind the hill. Host is responsive, kitchen is fully equipped though the house might be a little bit small for 4 adults. Overall a great place to stay for a holiday with close access to the beach.

Very quiet and cozy place. Our family of 6 had a very comfortable stay. Nice playground and tennis court. The host provided clear instructions on how to check in and finding the location was not difficult.

Ideal location for the beautiful Freshwater East beach, and close to lots of local beaches and tourist spots such as Pembroke and Tenby. The chalet park is quiet and the onsite pub Jack’s is great for food and drinks. The chalet is clean and lovely, and fully equipped with everything you need for a holiday, particularly with children. Barbara and Peter were very friendly and helpful, and even set up the travel cot for our baby ahead of our arrival. We will definitely be returning to Sandy Toes and highly recommend it.

We had a great stay in the cosy chalet. Hosts were super helpful, especially useful information for arrival. Chalet had lovely seaside feel with driftwood art made by owner. V well equipped. Quiet setting with beautiful trees at rear. Short walk to fantastic beach of Freshwater East. Lovely for children and bodyboarding/paddle boarding. Pub on site does nice pizza amongst other things. Recommend walking from Broad Haven along in direction of Barfundle bay. Tenby also great. Has a cute little museum/ art gallery. Overall a super stay. Thank you v much! 🙂🙂🙂

I went out of season to avoid the crowds (sept 3rd to 8th) and found the location very quiet and peaceful and just a few minutes walk to a sandy beach. The weather was perfect all week, the accommodation was clean and had everything we needed for a self catering holiday. The property backed onto woodland that was alive with Tawny owls at night and fascinating to sit and listen. Penny was very responsive to all questions prior to my arrival. Its wasn't my first time in south Pembrokshire. Its a stunning coastline and this property is a perfect base to explore it both on foot or by car. Pembroke has everything you need, and is only 10/15 mins away in the car. Thanks again Penny.

The chalet was in a great location with Freshwater East beach in walking distance and easy access to the coastal path from which you could walk to Barafundle Bay. Other beautiful beaches short drive away and easy drive to Tenby too. Great parking just outside the Chalet and Chantelle provided all the necessary essentials so that we could travel light. We had tasty food at Jacks one evening which is just at the entrance of the complex, so very convenient. It also had a small arcade room which the kids enjoyed. The chalet was clean with nice little touches giving it a beach house feel. Chantelle was an excellent host and quick and happy to respond to any questions.

Rob and Kirsten are great hosts, place was spotless and a great location. Right on the beach 🏖️ 👍

The chalet is very well equipt, a bonus that towels are provided as most of the property owners on Trewent Park require guests to bring their own. Nice decor and plenty of storage space.

Great last minute booking at Pennys place, really helpful and responsive host. Lovely property, would definitely stay again while working in the area

Dewis place was great base for our family holiday at a great price 😁!! You are a few minutes walk from the beach which is lovely snd clean and driving distance to various attractions such as Folly Farm, Oakwood and Manor Wildlife Park to name a few we visited ☺️!! Dewi was very quick and responsive at answering messages before and during our stay. We hope to stay here again in future 🙂.

A wonderful mini break for a young family. Very clean and comfortable, the accommodation has everything you need for self catering. Good communication and responses from hosts. Location is great for local beaches and attractions. Our favourites were the beach at Broad Haven South, and Manorbier castle. We would visit again.
