The lodge perfectly suited our needs with two dogs. We were comfortable and made to feel very welcome by all the staff we met.

We wanted a peaceful place to rest after a busy day with the kids, somewhere we could feel like we were on our own. This was perfect a fantastic safari style lodge with everything we needed, a beautiful lake with many different birds and other wildlife, and all in a short drive of bike park wales and Pen-y-fan. The hosts were great they never bothered us! But they were always just a phone call away. Can’t wait to return for next trip.

Perfect place to stay for a group. Has everything you could want. Nice and quick walk into the centre. Manon is a fab host and checked in with us after the first night to see if we needed anything :) all round extremely happy and we all agreed we’d stop in the property again if in Cardiff

Had an absolutely amazing time staying at the Coach House. The place was so cozy! John and Liz were exceptional hosts, making us feel welcome on arrival and very friendly. During our visit we had a tour of the dairy farm by John and got to see lots of lovely calves!

Where to start? The location itself is absolutely remarkable, consisting of beautiful scenery night and day! Partnered with sunrise & sunset in a cozy hot tub overlooking fields and starry skies really solidifies the beauty of this area. The structure itself is tucked into a quiet village just after an amazing drive up overlooking some of wales best. The log cabin is very accommodating and spacious given its appearance from the outside. Clean, calming and comfortable makes it a perfect place to stay for any occasion. The hosts provided an excellent experience with their hospitality but also the respect of privacy. Staff check the hot tub levels expertly and seem to disappear instantly being discreet as possible to really enhance the airbnb experience. Lastly, the interior is inviting and gives a sense of really feeling at home. Personally, myself and the group I was with found the place highly accommodating and worth every penny. 5/5 - Would Highly recommend to anyone!

What a lovely little country retreat, peaceful and restful yet with plenty to do on your doorstep. The walk to the country pub, through the village was a highlight. The kids loved the horses, rope swing and of course jacuzzi. We will definitely stay again.

Firstly, our host was very responsive and friendly and even checked in after our first night to see if we needed anything! The bungalow was beautiful and homely and the location couldn’t have been much better with the town a 5 minute drive away and a lovely park 5 minutes in the opposite direction! The board games, blankets and tea and coffee were lovely extra touches that made it homely! The cinema room is great and so cosy. The only thing that didn’t meet our expectation was the hot tub because it’s in a pergola that needs some tlc and only one of the jets seemed to work! (Maybe it was just us not working it properly!) it also wasn’t very hot. But either way we loved our stay and it was only 15 minutes from zip world which is what we travelled for! Thanks for having us! :)

The cabin is set in a beautiful location and is roomy and well equipped. Even in February we were cosy and warm. There are thoughtful touches like board games which we enjoyed playing. There was a handy guide to local restaurants and the hosts were very welcoming and kind. We would highly recommend Tessa’s cabin , Thank you Rose & Adrian

I stayed with Mike and Bert for two weeks while a house sale went through, I brought with me my high maintenance Bengal cat Kevin Bacon. During our stay Mike has gone out of his way to accommodate us, the accommodation is completely separate and lockable, I felt completely safe, I knew Kevin was secure and didn’t see any red flags. Mike is laid back and approachable, the perfect host. The bed is extremely comfortable and everything I have needed has been included with no extra costs or limitations. Bert is a very good boy and has been trained properly, he doesn’t go upstairs but he will bring you a shoe each time he sees you as a greeting, Bert was completely safe around Kevin when I took Kevin in the garden. There is easy parking at the accommodation and lots to do in the area, lots of walks, castles, stepping stones over rivers, sand dunes, beaches, horse riding and a decent selection of Pubs. If I ever end up homeless again I will be coming back! Thank you.

This is a really beautiful place to stay. it's lovely and secluded and very peaceful! Stephen & Sandy (and Cara the dog!) were wonderful hosts and gave us lots of advice on local walks and things to do in the area. The house was lovely and comfortable and we could have quite easily spent several days chilling in the garden and exploring the treehouse! We would highly recommend staying here, it's truly wonderful!

Charlotte's place was a really lovely place to stay and felt really homely and nicely decorated. The beds were comfy. The free on street parking was super handy as well.

The stay was great, there were plenty of extras that werent expected like milk in the fridge and cereals to help ourselves to. Clean, tidy, well maintained. Great offroad parking too. Would recommend.

We are very grateful that we chose to stay at Myrtle Cottage. The cottage is spacious and well proportioned. The furnishings and decor are perfect. Stylish and comfortable accommodation with all the amenities that you could want. The outdoor space, parking and countryside location are wonderful and yet access to shops and restaurants is a short walk away. Despite being easily accessible from the M4 motorway the cottage is peaceful and tranquil. Amy is an amazingly helpful host. She was very responsive and friendly. She couldn't have done anything more to make our stay any more special. This has been one of the best stays in 9 years of using Airbnb, which includes some pretty special properties and hosts.

I booked it late and just looked at the reviews. I really loved the location and accomodation deep in the Abergavenny countryside. the living space was compact but comprehensive. lovely drinks and food enough to make a meal. very thoughtful plus wine and chocolate

If you're reading this and thinking about booking Lesley's place, just stop thinking and do it! The place was spotless, the view was absolutely breathtaking, and Lesley was incredibly warm and welcoming. We had an amazing stay and loved every moment. Without a doubt, we'll be coming back again!

We booked this place for a little get away. We had an amazing time, the place was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will definitely be back in the summer to take advantage of the pool and tennis court. Thanks guys

We enjoyed a wonderful weekend break at Maple Cottage, which is very well equipped, clean and fresh. The log burner warmed the lounge superbly, the bed was comfortable, the shower and spa pool refreshing and the kitchen had everything we needed. We will be back, a real hidden gem!

Great caravan, heating was excellent, very cosy. everything you need.

There were six of us on a golf trip so we each had our own bedroom and plenty of space to relax in the evening. Jenny's place was perfect for us.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful barn. We had such a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the use of the pool with our two little ones, who both wanted to spend all their time in there. Such beautiful surroundings and lots of wildlife to be seen, little ones enjoyed seeing the rabbits in field. We’ve created memories that we will treasure. Great little caravan where you'll feel at home. With kids this location was great, loads to do at the park, and the beach is a good stroll away too. The park itself is one of the quieter ones, which is great when you're travelling with family. If you need to stay in this area I would recommend. The local "chefs corner" is a place where I'd only recommend having pizza 😉 but there are magnificent places to eat around here, some are listed in the guidebook in the property. Thanks to Rihanna all aspects of the stay went very smoothly.
