Vor 20 Jahren haben wir dieses Haus, was zu den ältesten der Stadt gehört, in viel Eigenleistung saniert. Unsere 4 Kinder haben dem allen viel Leben eingehaucht. Jetzt haben sie das Nest verlassen und einigen Platz zurückgelassen. Deshalb haben wir diese schöne Ferienwohnung für Sie gern auch mit Kleinkind eingerichtet. Sie liegt mitten im Zentrum, aber doch außerordentlich ruhig in den Gassen der Altstadt. Annaberg ist idealer Ausgangsort, um das Erzgebirge in seiner ganzen Vielfalt zu erleben.

Mezonetový apartmán se nachází na nejvyšším místě obce Loučná ve výšce 1000 m n.m., s úchvatným výhledem na Klínovec a Fichtelberg. Výhledy si můžete vychutnat při posezení na balkoně nebo při snídani. Apartmán je v pěší vzdálenosti od Skiareálu Klínovec. V zimě si můžete užít lyže, od jara do podzimu trail park, cyklistiku a pěší turistiku v překrásné přírodě. We focused on furnishing our rooms with elegance and simplicity in mind, focusing on wood and calming colors. You will find the rooms are furnished and equipped with everything you might need to enjoy your stay.

La Bohème apartment

The flat is conveniently located just 2 minutes (230 m) from the main bus station and also to the Becherovka Museum (city centre). The 1st-floor, hight ceiling apartment has a simple, artsy atmosphere and it is located in a 140 year -old, neo-classical building. This is not a high end (luxury) type of accomodation! It consists of 2 completely separate rooms (bedroom and living room), kitchen, bathroom, hallway and small balcony. A bohemian flat loved by our artist guests.

Located in the vicinity of a Czech Mountain resort Klinovec, our Loft apartment offers a comfortable and cosy home base for your skiing, hiking, biking or spa-wellness holiday. 54 m2 newly refurbished Loft with fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, balcony, storage space for bicycles​ and an infra sauna is located on the 4th floor of a house with a lift. We can comfortably accommodate four ​guests plus two more should you wish to use the living room sofa.

Prostorný a plně vybaveny byt 2+1 v centru Karlových Varů. Byt se nachází ve 2 patře historické budovy takže zde není výtah. V blízkosti se nachází muzeum Becher, Léčivé prameny, Lázeňské domy, velké množství resturací a obchodů. Možnosti cenově dostupného parkování jsou Cca 5-7 minut chůze od apartmánu. Autobusové a vlakové nádraží 5 minut od apartmánu.

Ubytujte se v pohodlném bytě se dvěma samostatnými pokoji, koupelnou, kuchyní a příjemným posezením.
