We truly enjoyed staying at this fully detached and private house immersed in greenery and complete with spectacular views of the city and surrounding hills. The ideal location, while secluded and peaceful, was still only a short downhill walk away from supermarkets and services in the city center. The cozy and bright indoor space was comprised of a bedroom with a dedicated workspace, a combined living room and kitchen plus a bathroom, all equipped with everything needed for a long stay. The outdoor space included a small barbecue and a table and chairs where we ate and enjoyed the private garden and fresh air. Our likeable and friendly host Denisa and her family went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible and were always available to help us with anything we needed. We were also invited by our generous hosts to pick fruits and vegetables from the adjoining plot of land which was much appreciated. All in all, we wholeheartedly recommend staying here!

Beautiful location

La maison est située en périphérie de Kolasin. L'accès depuis Kolasin est facile, assez proche pour sortir facilement le soir par exemple, tout en étant isolée au calme dans la nature. Elle est entourée d'un jardin clôturé, sans aucun vis à vis. Tranquillité totale. La maison possède tout le confort et est très bien équipée. Rien ne manque ( Lit confortable, stores opaques et rideaux pour dormir, matériel de cuisine complet, verres à vin, à bière, cafetière italienne, bodum, grille pain, couteaux qui coupent, congélateur, trousse de secours, planche à repasser, matériel de couture, chaussons ... et plus encore :). Il y a une petite table de jardin ( comme sur les photos) mais aussi une plus grande table disponible. Belles randonnées à proximité. Et Magdalena ( qui vit pas loin à pied ) est une hôte attentive, très réactive et extrêmement accueillante. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour de 4 jours dans cette paisible maison.

Very nice stay at Ljubinkas. Her son Sasa was always available to drive me to the grocery store or anywhere else I needed to go. The airbnb was extremely clean and cozy. It has one of the best stocked kitchens I have ever seen - a bunch of seasonings, pots, pans, utensils, cutting board, good knives, etc. All the appliances work - washing machine, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, heater etc. The location is great if you want to get away from big city life and just enjoy nature. There are good walking paths near the river and into the mountains. Sasa showed me around the city and the neighboring cities, took me to touristic places and also places only locals know about, introduced me to his friends, gave me free homecooked traditional meals and drinks very frequently. A great experience overall. I highly recommend this place to everyone. 10/10

This house is one of the most beautiful and comfortable we have stayed in. Lena and Milosh are exemplary hosts, generous and responsive to every request. Fast communication and clear and precise instructions. The house is tastefully decorated, equipped with everything necessary, with attention to every detail for the well-being of the guests. Highly recommended!

Another amazing stay! Last time was so great that I had to come back a second time! Dejan’s home is so great it’s worth coming to Montenegro just to stay here!

We spent 4 nights at Milivoje's house. The house was clean, the kitchen was equipped, there is a restaurant nearby where they cook well. Communication with his wife Iris was perfect, we agreed on everything, there was no problem :). Next time we go to Žabljak, we will stay here again. Thanks for everything. We recommend.
