Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser hervorragenden Unterkunft. Sie war so wie auf den Bildern dargestellt und beschrieben. Sie ist perfekt eingerichtet und gut gelegen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bahnhof sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Straße ist ein wenig laut, bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man jedoch nichts. Der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern war außerordentlich gut und hilfreich. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr und würden gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à La Casa Medioevale. L'appartement en rez-de-chaussée est correctement dimensionné pour une famille de 4 personnes. Le terrain et la piscine sont somptueux. La climatisation à 30€ par semaine est un supplément indispensable en été. Filomena, notre hôtesse est disponible, de bons conseils, souriante et sait répondre à nos besoins. Seul bémol, l'accès à la villa par une rue étroite et sinueuse sur 1km. Cela ne nous à toutefois pas handicapé dans nos déplacements quotidiens. La villa offre un panorama d'exception en surplombant la vallée. Idéalement située en Toscane; à 1h00 des villes touristiques (Florence, Pise, Lucques, Sienne)

We had a great time. Franco welcomed us with such a friendliness and courtesy that we felt right at home. The apartment offers everything we could ask for. It’s not a luxurious place, but it’s made with love and personality. We would come back anytime and recommend this airbnb to everybody who doesn’t need bells and whistles, but a familiar atmosphere and a well designed apartment.

il mio soggiorno da Lorena è stato davvero perfetto. Lorena è stata davvero super gentile e disponibile, mi ha accolto il primo giorno e mi ha dato un sacco di consigli e mi ha aiutato anche dopo se avevo bisogno di qualche indicazione. Mi ha fatto entrare prima dell'orario di check in indicato dato che sapeva che arrivavo prima ed è stata gentilissima. La casa era perfetta come da descrizione, vicinissima neanche cinque minuti a piedi dalla stazione, dunque perfetta se vi dovete spostare ad esempio per le cinque terre e vicina alla fermata per portovenere. È in una via pedonale piena di ristoranti e negozi e vicino al porto . La casa era perfetta, pulita e tutto come da descrizione e ha tutto il necessario per cucinare. Ha anche il condizionatore sia per l'aria calda che fredda. è stato davvero tutto perfetto e sono molto soddisfatta e Lorena è davvero un host impeccabile, persone così ce ne sono poche

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in der Wohnung. Auch unsere drei Kinder haben sich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der schöne kostenlose Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Umgebung bietet zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Silvia war jederzeit erreichbar und nett und hat uns auch bei einem Notfall mit unserem Kind schnell weitergeholfen.

Th Gym Suite was just as described, very comfortable with everything you need for your stay. And the village of Manarola is so peaceful at night to watch the sunset from the balcony or down by the water. I would highly recommend staying here and the host was very welcoming.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment dans cette très jolie propriété, au calme avec un panorama magnifique et apaisant. Rita et Guglielmo sont très très accueillants et ont su nous mettre à notre aise. Ils ont été pour beaucoup dans la réussite de ce séjour! Merci beaucoup!

Non lascio mai commenti per hotel e ristoranti, ma questa esperienza merita qualche minuto per sottolineare l’impegno e la disponibilità di Mauro e Davide, persone squisite e oltremodo gentili. Addirittura ci hanno invitato una sera per permetterci di vedere la partita in tv. Fidatevi a occhi chiusi, un’esperienza ed un ambiente al top. Grazie ancora per l’eccezionale ospitalità.

We had a lovely stay in this spotless elegant apartment in the centre of the old part of Lucca. Good wifi, kitchen well equipped. Communication with Salvatore was excellent. We had a problem identifying the location of the keysafe from Salvatore’s directions and his photograph (the keysafe is locked to a pipe about 1.5m to the left of the front door) but after a few texts back and forth it was resolved! This is a delightful apartment and we would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in old Lucca.

è stato proprio come essere a casa, ma al mare!!l'appartamento dotato di tutti i confort ed accessoriato veramente di qualsiasi cosa, la posizione strepitosa!!una volta attraversata la strada si è sulla passeggiata e a piedi si può comodamente arrivare dappertutto. Io ho due bimbi piccoli e nell'appartamento ho trovato tutti i confort anche per loro...stoviglie, lettino,lenzuola ecc...inoltre la comunicazione con Agnese, co host di Davide, è stata davvero sempre reattiva, molto amichevole e utile a goderci al massimo il nostro soggiorno. Torneremo sicuramente!!

We had a very nice holiday in La Spezia and the Cinque Terre. The apartment had everything we needed and it’s well situated. Nicolas was very kind and allowed us to drop off our bags before the chek-in time and leave them after check-out at the end of our stay.

If you’re looking for a city stay in Livorno or to explore Tuscany you’ll be very happy at Andrea’s lovely apartment. Very comfortable, with clean kitchen and bathroom and great recommendations for local sights and delicacies. It has a central location, walking distance from the Venetian Quarter, Marina or Central Market, and an easy train ride to Pisa, Florence, or beyond. I’d happily return.

Monthly stay with wife and young child very successful. The apartment is well located, in a quiet area, on the river, the location allows you to explore the northern part of Tuscany. Everywhere about an hour away by car or train. The apartment is clean, well and practically equipped, the Internet allows you to work remotely. The host is very contactable and quick to help when in doubt.

amazing place, so beautiful, and very kind guests. they helped us a lot with our very late check in and gave us some good recommendations. the place was amazing, some beautiful hiking trails, access to pisa, lucca and bagni the lucca(it’s surprisingly famous so don’t forget to book well before). house was very beautiful and nicely decorated. we traveled in december so couldn’t use the pool. the floor was a bit cold so we left two pairs of slippers for the next guests.

קיארה מארחת נפלאה, בנכס מדהים ושקט בעיירה מקסימה בין פירצה לפיזה עם גישה קלה ונוחה לכל מקום בלב טוסקנה. יש לה סבלנות ומענה לכל שאלה או בעייה.( ילד חולה) ועד פירוט והמלצות לטיולים למסעדות מוזיאונים נופים וכל דבר שעולה על הדעת. לכל מי שמחפש דיור במיקום אסטרטגי מושלם במקום שקט ובמחיר שפוי אנחנו ממליצים בחום רב..

Es war eine tolle Wohnung in schöner Umgebung, allerdings spielten Abends Kinder noch sehr laut vor der Tür und die Glocken von der Kirche muss man auch ertragen können. Ansonsten war es aber wirklich gut.

A perfect location in Viareggio - three streets away from the sea and two streets from the main shopping street in the other direction. It was a perfect choice for the holiday we wanted and needed - amazingly quiet in the house. The air conditioning was really good - and very useful when we arrived in 30C heat. All in all we had a fabulous ten day holiday there - and wished we could have stayed longer. Grazie mille Pamela

Das Haus war insgesamt sehr schön und komfortabel. Die Einrichtung war etwas altmodisch, aber das trug zur authentischen Atmosphäre bei. Besonders genossen haben wir die ruhige Umgebung, die uns einen erholsamen Urlaub ermöglichten. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, was das Zubereiten eigener Mahlzeiten sehr einfach machte. Ein kleiner Nachteil war, dass das Haus etwas weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt ist und dass der Pool nur zu bestimmten Zeiten genutzt werden konnte; es wäre hilfreich gewesen, wenn diese Informationen im Voraus bereitgestellt worden wären. Dennoch war der Gastgeber äußerst höflich und aufmerksam, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machte. Trotz der kleinen Mängel war alles hervorragend.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genommen. Angefangen vom Checkin verlief der Aufenthalt reibungslos. Das Apartment lädt abseits von vielen Menschen zum Entspannen und wohlfühlen ein. Zu zweit ist wirklich mehr als genug Platz geboten. Die Wohnung empfanden wir als sehr sauber und gepflegt. Den Pool konnten wir leider aufgrund der Temperaturen nicht testen. Für uns war kein Wunsch offen. Supermärkte sind super mit dem Auto innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, da wir abseits von der Stadt wohnen wollten. Zum Meer haben wir meistens je nach Stelle so 20 Minuten Fahrzeit- einfach perfekt.

La casa è accogliente e in mezzo al verde, appena fuori Pistoia. Sara è un host attento e disponibile.
