The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

Situato a 2km da Castelnuovo di Garfagnana (LU), Podere Le Marie, recentemente ristrutturato e immerso nel verde, si affaccia sulle bellissime Alpi Apuane. La casa è a piano terra con un giardino grande condiviso con i proprietari dove è presente un barbecue ed un gazebo dove pranzare/cenare nelle giornate d’estate. La casa si trova in un punto strategico per raggiungere in breve tempo i diversi e suggestivi luoghi della Garfagnana.

The house is located in the small medieval village of Perpoli, on top of a sunny and panoramic hill. The place enjoys a wonderful view of the Serchio Valley, the Apuan Alps, and the Apennines. There is a 4000 mq garden with a swimming pool. A perfect place to relax but also to do numerous activities such as trekking, canyoning and MTB.

La casa è situata in Vergaia un piccolissimo paesino sulle sponde del Lago di Vagli, l’unico gruppo di case che affaccia su Fabbriche di Careggine, l’antico borgo che è stato sommerso dalle acque del lago. Il paese è l’ideale per chi vuole staccare dalla città e per chi vuole trovare tranquillità visti i pochissimi residenti.
