Περάσαμε ένα πολύ όμορφο τριήμερο στο κατάλυμα!! είναι ένας πολύ όμορφος μοντέρνος χώρος πεντακάθαρος με ησυχία ασφάλεια και εύκολη πρόσβαση σε παραλία!! ο Στράτος ήταν πολύ ευγενικός μας ενημέρωσε για τα πάντα και ήταν πολύ διακριτικός! πάρα πολύ ευχαριστημένοι θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά...

From the get-go Donna has been available for questions, and support. And what a gem she has created in this little house/studio - the outdoor area is at least twice the size - all styled with the same impeccable taste. I would say we were lucky that at the end of September, the neighbourhood was rather deserted, so we had a lot of peace and quiet. Though we did not use the access to the sea at the bottom of the steps (we took the car to find some more easily accessible coves), we appreciated the plunge pool as a fantastic addition to the whole experience. The studio is just the right size, with a large window opening to the balcony, where you can see the sun rise from the bed. The kitchen nook has everything you need - and I have to mention the superb treats Donna left for us. The bathroom has a good size, sufficient storage room, and a window/daylight. All in all you feel Donna's passion in every little detail - thank you so much, we felt really welcome!

Na Saní sme boli 12 noci . Bola to jedna z našich najlepších pobytov .Dom bol síce ďalej od pláže , ale autom za pár minút sme boli pri mori . To ticho a pokoj čo tam bol sa nedá opísať . Hostiteľ bol veľmi ústretový , poskytol nám potrebné informácie ohľadom pobytu , zabezpečil nám vstup autom na parkovisko Saní rezortu . Dom bol čistý , vybavený všetkým čo ku svojmu pobytu potrebujete . Akurát druhá kúpeľňa bola na poschodí a dosť maličká . Okolie je nádherné, neskutočne krásne pláže , čistá priezračná voda . Za mňa vrelo odporúčam .

The house was beautiful both inside and out, it had a beautiful outdoors bar and terrace. I would dare say that the pictures don’t do it justice!

Къщата е страхотна, особено барбекю зоната. Бяхме 6 възрастни, 3 деца и едно куче. Вътре беше чисто и подредено. Като недостатък мога кажа че едното легло в едната спалня което е твърде малко за двама души и би било възможно да се сложи по голямо такова. Също това че има една тоалетна и липсата на съдомиялна причинява неудобство. Домакинът беше много отзивчив и отговаряше бързо!

Christoforos was very kind and helpful at check in and available to message throughout the trip if we needed any information. One of the best hosts we’ve had. The villa is super clean and has got a lot of character as is decorated with very traditional furniture. The outside alone is worth booking this villa- it is absolutely breathtaking and the loungers by the pool are perfect. If you’re looking for somewhere as a retreat and to really relax in peace away from everyone then this is the place. You can park around 100m away from the house and a scenic walk down to the property. I will be returning to this place for sure- it felt like a home at the end of our week. We especially loved Portaria for food and the evening vibe and it is only a 12 minute drive from the property. I would also recommend a small car for Pelion as the roads are quite thin and tight. Overall this place is amazing value for money and we miss it already!

Πολύ όμορφο σπίτι. Είμαστε μια 5μελής οικογένεια και κοιμηθήκαμε άνετα. Υπάρχει άφθονη θέρμανση είτε με λέβητα υγραερίου είτε με την ξυλόσομπα που παρέχει συντροφιά τα βράδια. Η οικοδέσποινα είχε προνοήσει για όλες τις ανάγκες μας φρυγανιές, μέλι, καφές εσπρέσσο και γαλλικός. Το μόνο μειωνεκτημα το οποίο δεν ευθύνεται η οικοδέσποινα είναι ότι δεν υπάρχει πόσιμο νερό μετά τις πλημμύρες το 2024. Κατά τα άλλα όλα ήταν άψογα.

Tutto perfetto. La casa nuova grande e pulitissima. Ottima posizione a 1 minuti dal mare e con tutti i servizi a portata di mano. Si dorme bene e ci si rilassa nell’ampio giardino, con un utilissimo posto auto. Il proprietario gentilissimo ci ha permesso anche di posticipare il check out. Grazie ancora per la bellissima accoglienza.

I had an absolutely incredible stay at this Airbnb in Greece! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and stunning views. The location is perfect, offering easy access to local attractions while still providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The property itself was immaculate—clean, modern, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor space was a highlight, with a beautiful terrace where we enjoyed morning coffee and breathtaking sunsets.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kinder hatten viel Spaß im Pool. Die Gegend ist ruhig und durch den Wald kann man es auch bei Hitze gut aushalten. Das Haus hat alles wichtige in der Ausstattung, nur ein Liegestuhl hat mir persönlich gefehlt. Die Kommunikation und Check-in war schnell und ohne Probleme. Mit Stavronikita Beach (sehr ruhig) und Chelona Beach (ruhig, aber mit Bar) haben wir für uns entspannte und kindertaugliche Strände direkt in der Nähe gefunden. Der Eingang ist allerdings überall etwas steinig. Überall kann man schnorcheln und mit den Kindern ein paar Fische beobachten. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub!

We hadden een heel fijne tijd bij Karin. Het huisje was schoon en gezellig en alle benodigdheden waren aanwezig. Het terrein is heel mooi en rustgevend met uitzicht op de zee. Er is buiten veel plaats voor kinderen om te spelen en er is veel speelgoed dat ze mogen gebruiken. Karin is heel gemakkelijk bereikbaar en staat altijd klaar om te helpen. Ze geeft ook goede tips om de omgeving te ontdekken en nam de tijd om ons de dieren te leren kennen. We werden ook bij aankomst verwelkomd met lokaal lekkers. Kortom deze plek is echt een aanrader!

Dinos was the perfect host - very responsive, welcoming and unintrusive! The place is comfortable, right by the beach near both a nice beach bar and the free zone. Bedrooms are pleasantly cool in the night and the house is very nice and airy. Completely lived up to our expectations! ☀️

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν εξαιρετικό! Καθαρό, άνετο και με εξαιρετική αισθητική που συνδυάζει το μοντέρνο με το vintage. Η μεγάλη έκπληξη ήταν η ρετρό κονσόλα με κλασικά παιχνίδια – περάσαμε ώρα διασκεδάζοντας σαν παιδιά με το Golden Axe και το Street Fighter!

Η διαμονή μας για τις μέρες του Πάσχα ήταν πάρα πολύ ωραία και ξεκούραστη. Το σπίτι ήταν μεγάλο άνετο και πολύ βολικό πού είχε δύο μπάνια Ήταν πλήρως εφοδιασμένο με ότι μπορεί να χρειαζόμασταν (κουζίνα, μπάνια, υπνοδωμάτια) Πόλυ ωραία διακόσμηση και με "βολικές" λεπτομέρειες Ήταν όλα προσεγμένα μέχρι την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια Και επειδή το σπίτι δεν είχε άλλη κράτηση την επόμενη μέρα η κυρία Anneli και μας άφησε να μείνουμε περισσότερο από την ώρα του check out, μας το πρότεινε από μόνη της και αυτό μας βόλεψε πάρα πολύ Το μόνο αρνητικό ήταν ότι είχε σκόνη σε κάποια σημεία

We had a great stay and would happily return, the communication with Eleni was very clear and a small problem with a broken tap was handled very efficiently. For nervous drivers be aware that there can be some very narrow and steep streets to navigate to reach the house.

The accommodation was perfect. Lost of firewood perfect place for winter! Great communication with the host. We will definitely return.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Katerina wohnt zusammen mit ihrem Sohn in der oberen Wohnung, während die Airbnb Wohnung die untere Wohnung mit Garten ist. Die beiden waren sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar und ihr Sohn spricht sehr gut Englisch und hat uns auch ein paar Mal sehr ausgeholfen. Dennoch hatten wir komplette Privatsphäre. Wir waren mit unserem 2jährigen Sohn und Mietauto da und für uns war die Lage perfekt. Schön ruhig, toller Garten mit schönen Meerblick. Man muss nur über die Straße laufen und schon ist man am Strand, der sauber und schön ist! Wir waren im September da und hatten den Strand manchmal sogar komplett für uns alleine. Die Lage ist auch gut, um eine Wanderung in der Nähe vom Olymp zu machen, oder die archäologischen Stätten in Vergina und Dion zu besuchen (alles ca. 40 min Autofahrt).

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in dem Haus von Electra und ihrer Mutter verbracht. Der Empfang sowie der Kontakt insgesamt war sehr herzlich, zuvorkommend und lösungsorientiert. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das Meer ist grandios. Unfertige Gebäude in der Nähe haben uns dabei gar nicht gestört. Der Naturstrand bietet lauschige Plätzchen und viel Ruhe für die Erholung. Die Schlafräume scheinen frisch renoviert zu sein und sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert, so dass man sich nur wohlfühlen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank an euch beide.

הבית היה חמוד מאוד, בשכונה שקטה. בסיס נח לשלל כיווני הנסיעה במזרח פיליון. יש לקחת בחשבון שלכל מקום צריך רכב. נקי מאוד. יש מגבות וסדינים נוספים למקרה הצורך. 2 המיטות הזוגיות מאוד נוחות. מזגן בשניים מחדרי השינה. תגובה מהירה ויחס לבבי מהמארח שגם סיפק את הסברי הצ׳ק אין והמיקום של הבית באופן מדוייק. הבית מצויד לתפארת. אינטרנט מצויין. סביבות החוץ קסומה ונעימה עם סוכת גפנים חמודה. אנחנו מאוד נהנינו מהשהות בנכס וממליצים בחום.

konakladığimiz evin konumu çok iyiydi. birçok yere yakın mesafede. çevrede plajlar restaurantlar ve market mevcut. tek problem ki biz bunun için çok hayal kurmuştuk evin hemen altındaki plaj kullanışlı değil. plaja giden yol toprak ve aşınmış. yürümesi zor. bir de yanınızda çocuk varsa daha zor. bu problem bir şekilde halloluyor ancak deniz prk temiz değil gibiydi. koku vardı. ayrıca deniz dibi kum ve balçık. insan girdiginde tedirgin oluyor. bunu. dişinda herşey mükemmeldi. çevrede okadar çok mükemmel plaj var ki evin plajının brkledigimiz gibi olmaması bizi çokta üzmedi

Totul a fost conform așteptărilor!Casa suficienta pentru o familie cu 2 copii....aproape de magazine...100 m pana la plaja!Curățenie...și o gazda bună!

tolle Doppelhaushälfte, direkt am Meer. Ruhige Straße vor dem Haus. Sonnenuntergang! Schöne Terrasse! Tolle Grillmöglichkeit! Dusche im Garten!

Wir waren mit zwei Kinder hier und haben uns sehr wohl in diesem Haus gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und geräumig und war mit allem ausgestattet was man im Alltag braucht. Außerdem ist die Umgebung total ruhig. Und die schönsten Strände liegen 30 Minuten entfernt. Ich kann das Haus absolut empfehlen.
