Karen was absolutely incredible. She was very responsive, respectful, and accommodating. We very much enjoyed our stay as my team and I were there on business. She was able to take care of us even on short notice. I really couldn’t be happier with her communication, the quality of their home, and the entire experience. What a lovely place! Perfectly decorated, incredibly well-maintained, tons of space, sparkling clean, and in a wonderful location. Five minute walk to Northeastern, super easy walk to Fenway, and less than a 30 minute very scenic walk to the Back Bay area (it was such a beautiful walk, we did it multiple times during our stay). The homes (including this one) are amazing, great places to eat nearby, etc. This is definitely one of my favorite places, and I would absolutely book it again. I've already recommended it to some friends who will be traveling to Boston over the summer! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

James was an excellent host for my family and me. We thoroughly enjoyed the place and its beautiful surroundings.

I booked the house as a place for my family of 6 (4 adult children) and our black lab, to come together for Easter weekend. Since my boys live in Portsmouth we only needed 2 bedrooms and this house made the perfect getaway and place to host dinners. The house was spacious and very comfortable. We enjoyed the enormous fenced in yard all weekend. The host had many yard games which we played and our lab was so happy too. The fire pit was an added bonus for a night of s’more making. We truly had a wonderful time and the house really felt like home. Ps the stairs are fine once you get used to them. Rebecca was responsive and a wonderful host.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the house. Extremely clean, comfortable, with so many amenities and thoughtful touches to make you feel right at home. We really enjoyed the deck with comfortable seating and sun umbrella. Most highly recommend!

Great stay: - Easy check-in/access — we arrived very late at night and entry was well lit and straightforward - House was cozy with effective and responsive heating (we stayed during cold weather, so this was a big deal) - Clean house, comfy beds, variety of pillows (soft to v hard) - Easy check-out with zero weird instructions/requests - Host super communicative for basic Q&A I’d book again! We had a great time! The house had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, the couch was great too!! It was so nice to have a fenced in backyard for our dog! We will definitely stay here again when we’re in the area! It’s close to downtown Portsmouth, which is so cute! Chris was super communicative and helpful!

The house was perfect for my family and I- plenty of open space for the kids to play and a great yard- even in December with cold weather the kids loved the play gym outside!! The location was amazing with lots of things to do within a few minutes and the food scene was great. Thanks to Ned for a spotless home and great amenities!! We can’t wait to come back in the summer to use the pool!!

Everything was as listed and very responsive and great host. The property was in a very nice and in a great town. We enjoyed our time there.

Great space. Loved that it was dog friendly. My older lab appreciated the amount of space! Kids enjoyed themselves and the neighborhood was quiet and the few people we ran into were very friendly.

We enjoyed our stay so much! Perfect beach stay in the best location! They had everything and we loved the decorations ! We can't wait to visit again!!

This house is a true gem. The home is cozy and welcoming with lots of puzzles and family games to play. The pool is pristine and was so much fun to use. The beautiful trees and flowers provide nice shade and privacy around the pool while also feeling like you’re inside a pollinator garden. The home is an easy walk to front beach and bearskin neck where we enjoyed good restaurants and shops. Trenton and Cassie are great hosts- very responsive and friendly. We hope to stay here again!

I came down to visit family in Massachusetts over Thanksgiving and needed a place to stay that was equidistant to everyone, and the Newburyport area was a great fit. Steve's place is a lovely small beach home on a quiet side street. Perfect size for one person plus dogs. The dog friendly part, easy and safe walking, quiet neighborhood, and the kitchen were big selling points for me. Parking was easy. Water was hot, bathroom was spotless. Would stay again.

Accommodations were exactly as described. Lower level of a duplex with a young family upstairs. Host was very responsive and helpful. Kitchen was well equipped. Back deck was really peaceful and quiet.

Our stay was very comfortable in this warmth, clean, beautiful home with a comfy bed with all the amenities given. Kristen’s hospitality is amazing from her gestures and extra special touches of food, drinks and yummy snacks. Inviting home away from home with a raining season we enjoy staying in too. Thank You. It was prefect for our family and the location to the beach made it even better.

The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location provides quick access to a number of highways. The kitchen is well stocked with dishware and cookware. Everyone loved the heated floors and we were glad to be able to bring our dog and take him on walks in a quiet neighborhood.
