We can offer you long walking paths around the house, visiting our animals, trying our home made products and so one. Our family is a big fan of rural lifestyle and agriculture. House Felicia with outdoor pool, located in a small and quiet place Čepić near Kršan, surrounded by only two neighboring houses, green meadows and vineyards. This house is ideal for those who want to relax in the countryside, with a beautiful view of the mountain Učka, or ride a bike and explore the surroundings in this way. The yard of the house is rich in children's content but with enough space for playing and running.

Stone house is located in the small village of Čepić. Only 10 minutes to the sea by the car, and 25 minutes to the mountain Učka by car. 15 minutes from city Labin by car. 3 minutes from the shop by car. We have 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and a terrace. Swimming pool is not shared with others. Extra costs, to be paid on site (€): Pets, maximum 1 allowed (please reserve) 10 € per pet / day. You can pay when you arrive.
