This spacious apartment has been lovingly restored and styled by its artist owners and features their original artworks (paintings/lights). The apartment has solid oak flooring, antique Persian rugs and a combination of period French and contemporary designer furniture which contributes to the apartment's special character. A stunning set of 18th century chateau doors divide the living and bedrooms and provide the 'wow factor' of this charming find. A welcome basket of Prosecco or red or white wine and olives as well as breakfast provisions to be found in the kitchen; Artisan bread, butter, preserves, cereals, milk, free-range eggs, fresh fruit juice, Marmite, Betty's/Yorkshire tea and ground coffee. *FREE WI-FI* and *FREE PARKING*. The living room with its linen covered antique chesterfield sofa, large format art books, 42" Smart HD TV with Freeview, DVD player, Bose Bluetooth sound system is perfect for a cosy night in. Wet-room style bathroom with walk-in shower, heated towel rail, underfloor heating and plenty of white fluffy towels (shower gel and shampoo etc.) The kitchen - reclaimed slate work-tops, Victorian tiled floor. Ring front door bell marked 'Evagora-Campbell' and David or Anita will give you a key and show you around the apartment. The apartment is within our family house but completely private with its own entrance. Your hosts are on hand, though, for advice on local attractions, restaurants and places to visit for day trips. 'Atelier 22 York' is situated in York's 'Cultural Quarter', a few minutes walk from the Yorkshire Museum, the Theatre Royal, York Art Gallery and the Minster. The city's top eateries are a stone's throw away : Roots, The Star Inn The City, Betty's, Skosh, Partisan, Le Cochon Aveugle, as well as numerous pubs and bars; a gentle stroll back home at night. The beautifully restored medieval buildings of Stonegate and the Shambles provide the perfect setting for some last minute shopping. York's many attractions, including The Minster, Yorkshire Museum and Gardens, Treasures House, Fairfax House, Castle Museum, National Railway Museum, City Walls, Theatre Royal, City Screen Cinema, Betty's famous Tea Rooms are all 5-10 minutes walk away as well as beautiful riverside walks and restaurants, pubs and bars too numerous to mention. Dedicated access is via a bi-fold door onto a large patio/garden beyond that guests are welcome to use.

The owners have 2 cocker spaniels so dont mind clients bringing one well behaved pet on holiday too. Basic Breakfast supplies will be provided too.

This charming, recently refurbished 2 bed cottage sits in an exclusive cul-de-sac in the heart of the scenic, award winning Yorkshire village of Boston Spa. There are gorgeous countryside and riverside walks on your doorstep and red kites soaring overhead. Boston Spa is diverse and bustling with new and established cafes, restaurants and bars only a minutes walk away. St Mary's Cottage has a beautiful private rear garden for family play and outdoor dining and a separate private parking area.

Yingyangpad - wheelchair/accessible accommodation

WELCOME Built in 2019 under the guidance of a wheelchair using friend we have provided most, but not all, of the facilities to suit our less mobile visitors, although everyone is more than welcome to stay with us. It is styled around a rustic theme and is located around 5 miles (8km) from the A1 and 3 miles (5km) from the M62 motorways, with good road/rail links from 3 local stations and a bus terminus. All our guests have the full private use of the detached annexe during their stay.

Stay in this traditional 17th Century cottage, listen to the relaxing stream from your bedroom window before you enjoy all the jaw dropping scenery when you step out of the front door. Situated in the heart of the beautiful village of Castleton, right next to the stream and enjoying a superb location near the 6 local pubs and numerous cafes. The Yorkshire Sculpture park is 15 mins by car. The apartment comes with secure garaged parking. We are 7 minutes walk away from Wakefield Kirkgate train station. The apartment is deep cleaned before each use.
