Lovely, peaceful place to stay. Perfect place for two within walking distance of town. Elizabeth & her husband were very friendly & helpful. The fresh bread, olives & condiments were awesome. Would recommend for anyone looking to visit York 😊

What a beautiful space! My partner and I had 2 perfect nights here and it truly felt like a home away from home. Located within the fruit trees, the scenery was stunning. The host was so great, so friendly and easy to chat to! So many nice little gestures like lots of snack and breakfast condiments/options as well as eggs from the chickens! 10/10 would recommend 🙂

Absolutely loved our stay! The Villa was just as described, clean and we felt at home. Gorgeous surroundings and the hosts are so lovely and very responsive. 5 🌟 Would definitely stay again.

What a beautiful home for a getaway. The additional touches of having so many goodies (read: freshly baked carrot cake & loaf of bread, freshly laid eggs, honey from the homestead and a cheese platter & bottle of wine!) were just the icing on the cake for this delightful stay! Huge place and lots of room. Had a small issue with the power but the host was quick to reply after hours which was appreciated. The house had everything and multiple rooms to relax in.

We absolutely loved our stay at Martin’s Airbnb! It is absolutely magical - nestled on a quiet road in the Perth Hills, it was quiet, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing… we loved enjoying breakfast and lunch on the balcony every day, listening to the birds and being visited by kookaburra and magpie The property is incredible, with lush gardens and little footpaths to go exploring, which Martin encouraged The house was comfortable and spacious, and we loved the living areas with their beautiful exposed brick The beds were super comfortable, and we had plenty of extra blankets for when it cooled down We stayed for 4weeks with our 2 little dogs, and I have never seen them happier! Martin was an exceptional host, and was always responsive when needed, and super helpful - we feel incredibly grateful to have stayed at this wonderful Airbnb

This is the most lovely Airbnb we have ever stayed at. The location of the property was beautiful, in the bush lands. The house was so beautifully decorated, with good quality items and furnishings throughout. The bed was a total dream to sleep in, so soft and snuggly. Communication was great and we appreciated all the little touches throughout.

We’ve visited this beautiful property a few times now and honestly it is such a special place to stay. The setting is stunning, you are surrounded by nature and nestled inside the warm and cosy guest house. Some great walks nearby too. Love it!
