Rent a boat to enjoy all this extremely special waterway has to offer. Around the corner is the Kennebec River and Merrymeeting Bay, to the south you'll discover Phippsburg and historical Fort Popham.

Later in the day you need to choose whether to grill under the stars, take a short drive to one of the great local spots, or head to Five Islands on the wharf for some of the best lobster Maine has to offer!

PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE A 4 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY DURING THE SUMMER. Our large, light, 2nd floor studio is airy and modern with a deck overlooking the garden, ocean and sunrise. We are caring, unobtrusive hosts who value getting to know our guests a little beforehand. We think we have the best of both worlds here - the peace and beauty of Casco Bay, yet 5 minutes to the center of town.
