We very much enjoyed our stay at Julie’s place. She is a great host and very easy to communicate with. The location was also fantastic! There are so many amazing beaches and walks within close proximity.

Wonderful accommodation in the most beautiful location.

Great spot for a stopover, we stayed one night travelling from QLD to NSW. Easy to find, pet friendly, and close to beach, ocean walking track, restaurants and cafes. Very comfy bed, would stay again.

We really loved the place, and the host greeted at the arrival, the river was calm and very pleasant, mainly the bonfire next to it was awesome. Best part was we were able charge our EV. Will go again next time but take the Port Macquarie road instead of the gravel road ;)

What a beautiful sanctuary! My family and I (2 adults, 2 older children, 1 dog) stayed here in January 2025. The place was clean, relaxing, and felt private. The pool and hot tub were such a highlight, and the kids loved the ability to enjoy them both. It was a beautiful location, especially on bright, breeze days. Jacquelyn was lovely and helpful, and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

I did not end up staying as I got sick at the last minute, however Dawn was really responsive, very clear instructions were given promptly and great communication. A very positive experience despite not getting there in the end :( I would book again without question.

Our stay at Andrea's was a delight! It was spacious, squeaky clean, well-supplied and had a beautiful pool! I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing staying in SWR.

We had a lovely stay! The studio was very clean, tidy and presented really nicely. It is a peaceful back street of Forster with a view of the distant ocean. We admittedly didn’t read the description in detail about the bathroom with no door but it really wasn’t an issue. We loved our visits from the friendly ragdoll cat Dudley who enjoyed lots of pats. Would recommend to anyone needing a quiet weekend stay in Forster that’s close to everything.

Scott's place was perfect for us. Across the street from the beach and café. Off street parking, good privacy and peeks of the ocean. The accommodation is roomy, comfortable and modern beach decor. Some guests have commented on the small bathroom, however we found it fine for a beach stay. Others mentioned it being out of town, but we actually love it, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Plus it's a short 10 min drive to the hub of downtown Pt Macquarie. If you enjoy the beach, surfing, flying kites or scenic drives and walks , Scott's place is a great spot. Thanks so much for a lovely visit, we'll be back.

Had a great stay at Jennifer’s place! Jennifer is a very friendly welcoming host I would love to stay again if in the area. Such a comfortable bed I had the best sleep! The surrounding mountains are beautiful had a very nice coffee while watching the sunrise over the mountains there.

Lovely , spacious accommodation with peaceful view out the back (we want to come back when the weather's fine to try out the fire pit and toast the supplied marshmallows!). Penny was very friendly - supplied all manner of breakfast goodies and even baked a delicious banana bread! Fabulous location for walks around Gloucester and northern Barrington's - Polblue, The Firs, Honeysuckle trail, and the Hidden Treasure Track were some of our faves

from the moment we arrived Thana was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. She could not do enough for us, she was so friendly. I was so surprised to see how well stocked the kitchen was and what was provided for us. The place is very clean, with lovely canal views that came with an amazing cool breeze. there is a bistro/pub just within walking distance but my favourite was being aoto order from Thai Tastic, we indulged on this a bit. I would definitely recommend this stay for others.

Perfect place for our short stay in Port Macquarie! Very clean and comfortable, everything that you may possibly need is provided, even wood in fire pit. Gail was really friendly and gave us a few suggestions on places to see. We wish we had a longer stay. Highly recommended.

A peaceful and luxurious escape—this beautifully set-up shed in Beechwood had everything we needed, from an amazing welcome pack to a cozy outdoor fire. Our dog loved the secure, well-fenced yard, and we felt truly relaxed and at home.

Great little place to stay! The location was perfect, close to everything and easy to walk to restaurants, beach and park for the kids. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Host was friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Fi’s place was great. Close to a rocky shore - bit hard to get to the sandy part of the beach from her place though. Fi is an excellent host and even brought in my washing and ran it through the drier when she saw it was about to rain! The place has all you need but some spaces are shared with other guests, the host and a delightful dog!

Great location….lovely clean spacious studio…walkable to local shops and restaurants…..tennis court across the road…quick walk to the beach and lake….highly recommended! Hosts were friendly,professional and communicative! Would love to return….and next time…definitely for longer!🥰😊xx

We thank Johanna for her flexibility with allowing us to check in early as we were travelling with a baby. The hosts were understanding with having our elderly dog stay with us. We appreciated the lovely decor and peaceful outdoor space to enjoy our coffees. Her place is a short drive from port Macquarie town centre but there’s also a few things to do within the vicinity of the accomodation. We wish we had more time to enjoy the recommended beach walk. We may have to be back to do it!

Sandra’s place was amazing. Honestly when I walked in I was in awe of the view and the space. Not only is the place functional but the decor and the way it’s designed is beautiful and so aesthetic. They have lots of stuff in the pantry like spices, pots, pans, sandwhich bags. It was so convenient. I loved staying here they have excellent attention to detail and great communication. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks guys!
