The house was delightful and really well appointed. The drawers and cupboards were filled with everything we needed, and more. The bathrooms were clean, white and functional. It was great to walk in both directions to the beach, and the shops and we loved the little lane that allowed a short cut to the front beach. We got a couple of 35 degree days so the aircon was really important and worked really well. The new blue towels and the crunchy white sheets were a treat too. We loved this house and we’d stay again.

Julia and Marcus’ was exactly what we were looking for and delivered exactly what we needed. Beautiful home with a spacious kitchen and living area with a modern bathroom. All inclusions were great and communication was thorough and detailed for our stay. Portacot for our 6 month was perfect too! Thanks for having us all !

The property was well located and very comfortable with large areas to relax and spread out. Everything was as expected and we all enjoyed ourselves very much. The kids really enjoyed the pool everyday even though the weather was ordinary. Luckly the pool had a heating option, which we used. Thankyou to owners and peachy properties.

She provided clear instructions for everything in the apartment, which made it easy to settle in and feel at home from the start. The amenities included with the apartment were very useful and added to my comfort during the stay. Additionally, having a café nearby was a fantastic bonus, making it easy to grab my morning coffee. Fantastic 3 night stay in very clean apartment (loved the windows). The most fabulous location in one of the city’s most beautiful art deco buildings. Walking distance to the city’s best restaurants, bars and shops. In fact great cafe’s etc literally outside front door. Neat sliding door to aid sleep. Can be a bit noisy mainly on Thurs and Fri night, but was armed with earbuds and once sliding door closed didn’t notice at all Host very responsive and def recommend..

Great stay at Kim’s apartment. It was centrally located, and very easy to get to places by walking or tram. The apartment was a lovely, cozy space. Free parking was also a huge plus. Thanks Kim!

We stayed for two weeks. A really special place in a fantastic neighborhood (North Fitzroy) with everything you need. Loved walking to Edinburgh Park, the Fitzroy pool, the good grocery stores, all the restaurants and cafes. Walked or all over Fitzroy, Collingwood, Carlton, Downtown. Tram runs right near apartment. Carl is super nice, attentive and available. Loved the decor and all the gorgeous art/design/food books. Kitchen has high end appliances. The best shower head I have ever experienced in my life -- honestly. The high end fan in the bedroom works as well as an air conditioner. We loved our stay, would stay again, and highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment in a unique and vibrant part of Melbourne, and very easy to get into the city. Pete was truly an incredible host, offering clear instructions and plenty of advice on how to traverse the city for the Grand Prix, which made travelling a breeze. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment perfect for families with generous bedrooms, huge lounge area and great outdoor courtyard. The apartment was close to public transport but being at the rear of the building was very quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

From the easy check in process, the apartment stay delivered on expectations. The apartment is very fairly priced for the great location and facilities- Free 24/7 inner city parking (if you need it) within a few minutes walk, a very cozy, light apartment which was very well stocked and equipped. Super comfy beds. Some great bars, bakery/ cake shops and restaurants close by and easy access to the trams.
