Linda’s place was exactly as described. Very comfortable bed with great linen and an electric blanket. Fantastic shower in a big bathroom with plenty of room. Heaps of space to move around and plenty of closet space. Very quiet neighbourhood with lots of beautiful trees. Walking distance to the shops, which I did every morning for a delicious coffee. I would definitely stay here again. I would highly recommend Linda’s place.

This is a perfect little hide away but at the same time has good links to public transport and main roads. You are surrounded by parks and outdoor spaces. A short walk away there's a small supermarket, several cafes and a lovely Italian restaurant - Cirelli & Co that is worth a visit. This is our third time staying at the property whilst visiting family. It has all you need for a comfortable stay. Sonia is a great host and very responsive to communications should you need anything. We would definitely recommend staying at the apartment.

I had a fantastic stay at Susan's place. Susan was a fantastic host and the accommodation was great. Susan has thought of everything needed to make you feel comfortable and well looked after. I would 100% recommend Susan as a host and I hope to stay again in the not too distant future.

We were long-term guests and greatly enjoyed our stay which was overall very good. Others have mentioned a barking dog and we found that this was not much of a problem really - she's not the type who keeps on yapping - just a "woof" or two when someone comes up onto the veranda. We also noted for the hosts attention and to their surprise that the kitchen seemed to have been pilfered. Although we had been content to make do we are sure that the hosts will attend these deficiencies. This home is in a quiet neighbourhood within a 15 minute walk to a train station and good access to cycling and walking paths along the Lower Plenty and Yarra rivers as well as further afield towards Hurstbridge (which, by the way, is a wonderful ride once you get past the busy section towards Eltham).

I had an amazing stay at this self contained room in Richmond, Melbourne! The space was spotless, stylish, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, comfy bed, modern bathroom, and a handy kitchenette. The location is perfect, with cafes, shops, and public transport just steps away. The host was incredibly welcoming, quick to respond, and went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home. Highly recommend this gem for anyone visiting Melbourne, 5 stars all the way!

A brilliant place to stay. Beautiful surroundings, an excellent set up that was spacious and comfortable. Helen was a lovely host, finding the perfect mix of offering support and privacy. Would happily stay there again!

Very spacious rooms. Can accommodate a whole family of 5. Quiet location which is great for resting at night. Plenty of parking available. The cat was very friendly. The host Lucy had been a great communicator all the way and supported us to answer our queries even after we checked out.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! I was traveling for work and this turned out to be a perfect spot for a solo traveller or a couple.

Such a beautiful place. We felt so looked after with everything that had been pre-provided for us. The space was so quaint and sweet, and we felt right at home. The bathroom was so clean and everything had been so clearly explained. Donna made sure we had everything we needed, and was very accomodating and lovely. Felt absolutely spoilt with some little easter treats left for us in the sitting room ✨ So lucky to have been welcomed into the guesthouse, I will definitely keep it in my mind for future stays!!! Great place to stay with a small family. Able to visit friends and family near by. Peaceful and private. Castillo was welcoming, had difficulties with the lock but able to open it for us as the place is behind the main house. Had to checkout early but Castillo was able to accommodate. Extremely recommend to anyone wanting to rent for future travels.

Great Location

The location and the property were exactly as shown on the site and very well presented and maintained. Kerry was an excellent host with the small details, like leaving a light on as I was arriving after dark, that made me feel very welcome. Kerry was also very knowledgeable about the local area. I hope to be able to stay again in the future.

George and Wendy are very precious. They are so responsive and helpful. The room that we stayed for 7 nights was clean and tidy. There were lot of stuff that we can use to clean and dry our clothes. A nice place to live because it’s peace and strategic. If there is 6 stars in airbnb, i would love to give for george and wendy

Sonny was a great host who was helpful and easy to communicate with. The Airbnb was spotlessly clean and well set up for a comfortable stay. His attention to detail and effort to go beyond what was expected was so appreciated - home cooked muffins on arrival, milk in the fridge and fresh fruit were just some of the special touches that show how much Sonny cares about giving his guests a good experience. Being located directly opposite Chadstone shopping centre was also extremely convenient. Thank you, hope to stay again when we are next visiting our family in Melbourne.

I was there for a concert at Rod Laver Arena, this place had the perfect location, only 12 mins walk to the venue. The place was very private and quite, room was clean and tidy. It was very easy to get to from the airport/city too. Will definitely revisit if coming back again. Jim was very nice and friendly, even offered if i need early check-in and late checkout. He gave me a very clear instruction about where to get the key and his number to reach out if there was anything that I needed help with. Highly recommended!!

Victor was great! The apartment had a great vibe, high ceilings and exposed brick, everything you need to be comfortable and cook! I loved it. And man Victor went above and beyond, I’m moving to the neighbourhood and he even helped me find an apartment to rent! Great experience, and I’m looking forward to joining his gym too!

I love staying at Belinda's place, it is just so perfect for what I need. I can walk into work and it's a super relaxing space to unwind at the end of the day. Love the little courtyard too!
