Studio - Mt. Hood VIEW - Access to Trails, OHSU

The Studio is perched in the southwest hills of Portland with an amazing view of Mt. Hood and the valley below. It requires a walk up 43 stairs to access but is worth every step. The Studio was built as a workspace for a local artist and provides an amazing view of Mt. Hood. Since converted to an escape from the normal urban confines of Portland. Easy access to downtown and walking distance to OHSU and the Veterans Hospital, it provides escape and accessibility. Did we mention the sunrise view!

Enjoy staying in our beautiful studio with your own patio and stunning Mt. Hood view! The bedroom has a new, comfortable queen sized bed. A spacious en suite bathroom is included. The studio has a private entrance. You will have close proximity to everything Portland has to offer. Scenic Terwilliger Parkway is steps away. It's easy to get to Portland's many cool neighborhoods/districts, breweries, unique restaurants, shops, fabulous parks and wilderness trails. *Note: Up 36 stairs from street.

Welcome to Casita Sarita, Your Urban Escape! A large, beautiful, light-filled studio in the heart of SE Portland, walking distance to everything. I have eliminated my cleaning fee for 1-2 night stays because I understand the frustration of so many fees, and short stays tend to need less cleaning time. Entire space is very private. Enjoy the cozy modern 1 bedroom queen bed, 2 large sofas that are comfortable to sleep on, oversize soaking tub large walk-in closet , 2 TVs, Blue Ray player, stereo, gorgeous private garden with table seating & tranquil water feature, & private entry. 5 minute drive to downtown, 2 minute walk to Forest Park & Marquam trails. Several amazing restaurants just minutes away. There is a pet fee of $40 each pet. Preferably just one pet or the fee is $70 for two.

My wife, Raechel, and I originally designed and built this ADU ( accessory dwelling unit ) with the intention of living there full time, but due to a change of plans, it's available to you. The space was designed by Buckenmeyer Architecture, and was constructed by me. Our space features many unique elements such as: burnt cedar siding, 16' multi-slide window wall (please open and close slowly), and moveable cedar slat screens/ We hope you enjoy the space and neighborhood as much as we do!

The Haseman House

Come stay in our Architectural micro home in NE Portland. Close to Mississippi and everything that NE Williams has to offer. Thoughtfully deigned with many amenities. A great WFH vacation retreat. This little house is located in the back of a main house. The backyard is shared with the main front house. There is only street parking but it is free and typically available. We are close to public transportation and rental bikes as well as an organic grocery store... very walkable.

The Green Door PDX: A European Inspired Cottage.

A bolthole created from passion by Kaemingk Collection, The Green Door PDX was designed to provide a unique respite from the energy of Portland while being conveniently located only minutes from downtown and popular shopping/eating districts. We have taken queues from Europe and built a traditional field cottage tucked into the landscape at the front of the property and surrounded it with mature greenery for an inviting welcome and ultimate privacy for our guests.
