Avant Garde Retro 70's built complex of 12 apartments just a short walk to the city centre and the esplanade over the road from Munro Martin parklands and Cairns Preforming Arts Centre CPAC . Our unit is ground level at the back. We have just renovated so fresh eclectic and comfortable. Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with two singles. The Kookaburra Lodge (aptly named for its feathered visitors), is a purpose built 1 bedroom apartment on a fully fenced 1000sqm plot, beside our family home. With a shared pool & its own deck for relaxation, The Lodge yard offers tons of space for those furry/non furry friends to romp, play and be entertained. (Please note no pets inside) ¹ Cleaning fee of $50 if pet hair found inside.

It is an older property that was built in the 1970’s but has been upgraded internally. It is a lowset block of just four units in total, all managed by us.
