Head east for Ludlow with its 11C Castle and gastronomic delights, up to Church Stetton nicknamed “little Switzerland”. West for the breath taking Elan Valley and South to literary gem Hay on Wye.

Roundwood nestles in the beautiful countryside of the Welsh borders close to the town of Knighton. Roundwood affords glorious views of the Shropshire hills and the Welsh Marches. Roundwood is a smallholding with horses, sheep and chickens who wander in the pastures that surround the accommodation. The Stables is a self contained one bedroom cottage comfortably furnished with a large bathroom, kitchen, lounge and utility room. It has access to a secure dog exercise area and tennis court.

Dolfan Barn Studio is so named because an artist once worked here, prior to that it was a cow byre. Just under a mile out of the village of Beulah the Studio is a perfect place to unwind. (plus we now have an indoor padel ball court for you to exercise your inner Federer!!)

‘Craig Fach’ rural Coach House near Builth Wells

‘Craig Fach’ is the coach house at the lodge built for Lord Merthyr. Downstairs, there is a lounge with a double sofa bed, desk and smart TV/DVD, a shower room and a well equipped kitchen diner leading to an outside patio area with table. The upstairs rooms are accessed via external staircases, and include a double room with kingsize bed, a twin room, another shower room and an outside seating area on the decking. There is ample parking on the driveway.

A cosy and inviting annex set only 1 minute walk from the small town centre. This space has a good double bed with memory foam mattress. Also excellent wifi connection. The town consists of a working mill, a couple of hairdressers a nice pub, a small coop and a super antiques shop! Ideal for those who love the outdoors. Super walks on your doorstep!
