The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

The apartment consists of open plan living room, full kitchen and dining area, attached to the terrace offering unforgettable view over the Bay of Kotor. Mountain and see view. This charming 200 years old stone house of typical Mediterranean style is located in the center of Prčanj, a small and picturesque village with rich maritime history and tradition. The villa is close to the beach and just 15 minutes drive from Kotor Old Town. Nearby you can find a grocery store/mini market, restaurants, coffee bars, bakery, post office, etc. On the walking distance from the house, there are five restaurants at the seaside offering traditional Mediterranean menu.
