Villa Salu' is family run luxurious apartment house that has opened its doors in 2010 for her guests who are looking for high quality accommodation with personality and style. Villa is located in village Premantura - Istria near one of the many stunning rocky beaches and beautiful nature park Rt Kamenjak. Our App. 7 Runke (2 person2) is one of seven apartments in our house. It has one bedroome and is situated on a second floor with a beautiful sea view.

House Nikol is located in a quiet forested area on the outskirts of the nature reserve called Rt Kamenjak near the Pula. We cannot emphasise enought the seclusion of this accommodation,you will have no neighbours,no traffic noises,just natural surroundings and tranquility. House is located only about 100m from the sea and about 700m to the nearest beach. The local supermarket (bank,cafes,phatmacy,etc..),are 800m away. HOUSE CAN BE BOOKED FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY FROM 16.Juny -15.September.

Apartments Flora, with pool, are located in Premantura, only 200m from the entrance to Nature park “Rt Kamenjak” (one of the top 10 hidden coastlines – Lonely Planet), with crystal clear sea and beautifull beaches. All apartments are equipped with italian furniture, with balcony, electric cooking plates, refrigerator, coffee machine, LCD – TV, air conditioning, safe. Within our house you will find a pool with deckchairs and sunshades available for our Clients.

House Katarina – Private Heated Swimming Pool

Modern family home in a prime location, just 150 m from Uvala Soline beach. Offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sofa bed for 2 guests. The city centre is 2.5 km away with good bus connections. Outside features a deck with BBQ and lounge area, private yard with swing, and a private heated pool (7x3 m, built 2023) with sunbeds. The pool is heated for added comfort, up to 26°C. Private parking for 2 cars.
