Abbiamo alloggiato nella casa di Roberto per un weekend per visitare i mercatini di Natale. La casa è un appartamento molto grande e completo di tutto, in una zona tranquilla a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e 15 dal centro storico. Roberto è stato molto disponibile e ha risposto prontamente a dubbi e domande da parte nostra. Ci ritorneremo

Luogo mozzafiato, zona tranquilla inmerso nel bel messo delle colline , con dei paesaggi splendidi. Raccomando al 100%. Mery è stata gentilissima e ci a raccomandato dove è come muoverci in zona . Grazie ✨🙏😁

The apartment was an adorable and quiet place in an incredibly convenient location in central Arezzo. We had no trouble checking in, and the apartment offered a beautiful view of the city complete with all of the amenities we could’ve asked for in an incredibly quaint package. I would strongly recommend this apartment to anyone else looking to stay in Arezzo!

Wir hatten eine wirklich wundervolle Zeit. Haben sehr spontan gebucht und waren begeistert, hätten sehr gerne noch verlängert. Die Familie ist wahnsinnig lieb, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Wir waren mit Baby und Hund vor Ort, für beide war es ein kleines Paradies. Wir kommen definitiv nochmal zurück! Alles ist genau wie beschrieben, uns fehlte es an nichts. Der Pool ist auch grandios und war eine perfekte Abkühlung!

We had a great stay at Piandarca. Davide met us at check-in and showed us to our apartment. After check-in offered welcome drinks which we enjoyed in the nearby veranda. The entire property is beautiful, with plenty to explore. Very pet friendly as well (a few dogs, cats, chickens, etc.). Plenty of amenities available, including optional extra's. We took advantage of a cooking class on-site one rainy afternoon, which was led by Anna and Davide in their on-site kitchen. As a group of Americans who can't speak any Italian, taking a cooking class led by the lovely Anna who can't speak English, was a very entertaining evening (it's all in the hand movements!). Luckily we had Davide to translate for us when needed. Our stay was the first week in October, and while the pool was open, it was too cold to use.

Esperienza bellissima! Luca e la sua famiglia sono stati tanto gentili ed accoglienti, dandoci un sacco di informazioni utili per visitare i luoghi vicini ed i migliori posti dove mangiare i piatti tipici. La casa ha una pulizia impeccabile, dotata di ogni comfort e immersa nel verde e nella quiete. Vicina e pratica ad Anghiari, un borgo stupendo e a tanti altri borghetti tipici della bellezza toscana. Super consigliato!!

La signora Carla è stata più che una semplice Host ci è stata di aiuto sempre. Mi sì erano rotte le scarpe e voleva accompagnarmi con la macchina ad acquistarne delle nuove. Dolcissima e disponibile. La casa è perfetta come da descrizione. Ve la consiglio tantissimo.

I stayed at Luciano’s place for one night passing through on my way to southern Tuscany from Northern Italy! It was great! Such a beautiful and peaceful area! The pool was stunning, overlooking the rolling hills of Tuscany. They offered me a wine tasting on property (I was too tired from traveling so I did not attend)! He offered many recommendations for where to go to eat, and more!! I definitely recommend staying here!

Il soggiorno alla tenuta di Capocontro è stato molto soddisfacente. L'intero borghetto antico è un gioiello incastonato nel verde, con vista spettacolare sui boschi della Val di Chiana. L'alloggio in ordine e pulito, pittoresco ed elegantemente retrò. Piero e Lella disponibilissimi nelle comunicazioni e nei suggerimenti di luoghi da visitare e in cui mangiare. Abbiamo amato la pace e il silenzio del luogo, nonchè la piscina con vista. Ci siamo fermati poco e il meteo è stato un po' capriccioso, altrimenti ci saremmo goduti di più gli esterni della fattoria. Unico piccolo neo: le stoviglie e il frigo non erano proprio immacolati, ma nulla che non si possa risolvere con un colpo di spugna. Super consigliato sia per un soggiorno breve che per uno lungo, così da godersi la quiete del luogo e visitare i dintorni.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in den Hpgel der Toskana. Ein wenig abgelegen aber wir haben das geschätzt. Viele Restaurants in der Umgebung mit wircklich sehr gutem Essen und absolut guten Preise. Unterkunft mit grossem Garten, Pool, Klima und Heizung. Gepflegt und sauber. Hühner deren Eier wir holen durften. Magena wahr stets erreichbar, sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Viele Weingüter in der Umgebung wo mann essen und trinken kann. Wir kommen wieder. Danke Magena und Eduardo

The property is located in a beautiful setting, with wonderful views across the Umbrian countryside. Despite being a short drive from Umbertide, it feels rural and is a great place to relax in nature. The host’s directions meant it was easy to find. The house benefits from a fabulously large pool - which we enjoyed every day (despite the changeable Autumnal weather!). The master bedroom was large with a luxurious bathroom (great bathtub views across the valley!). The property was clean and the kitchen well equipped for cooking. We found the property ideally located for exploring Umbria, with lots of hiking close by and easy access to many beautiful towns and villages. A lovely stay and would highly recommend! Many thanks.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit 9 Freunden. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist sehr hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich war wunderschön und grün. Ein toller Pool und viel Platz ganz für sich alleine. Alles exakt wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern gezeigt. In der Nähe sind mit dem Auto viele schöne und günstige Restaurants erreichbar. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Amanda war sehr freundlich und war immer schnell erreichbar bei Fragen.

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad bij Cristiano en Barbara. Het appartement ligt echt prachtig boven een klein dorpje op de heuvel met prachtig uitzicht over het dal. Het is een groot appartement met een fijn bed, fijne badkamer, en kleine, maar prima uitgeruste keuken. Alles maakte een authentieke indruk. Het was erg schoon en de communicatie verliep snel en soepel. Het appartement ligt wel wat afgelegen dus je moet het meeste met de auto doen. Reggello is een leuk klein dorp wat te lopen is en waar je wat kan drinken, eten en een supermarkt is.

We loved our stay at Giulia’s - it was like home from home and had everything we needed. It has beautiful surroundings and is great for cycling! Giulia was very helpful with recommendations and friendly too.

We zijn hartelijk ontvangen door de kinderen van Bernedetta. Zij heeft alles tot in de puntjes uitgelegd en daarbij ook tips voor de omgeving gegeven. Het huis was top in orde en is daarnaast heel mooi! Het is een gebouw uit de 13e eeuw en veel details zijn mooi bewaard gebleven. Je zit bovenin de bergen met alleen op enkele honderd meters nog een ander vakantie verblijf van dezelfde familie. Verder heb je van niemand last. Je kunt daarbij genieten van een waanzinnig uitzicht.

le logement est magnifique, l'accueil est facile et Simone arrangeant. Nous aurions aimé avoir un grille pain, une cafetière pour 2 personnes (celle fournie permet de faire juste un expresso), un chauffage d'appoint, du wifi accessible dans toute la maison

Precioso lugar es un sueño!! Restaurante con calefacción y vistas increíbles. Cerca para ir a pueblos cercanos preciosos!! Oscar fue muy amable y atento con nosotros todo el tiempo. Lugar recomendable!!

Gaia è un ost veramente perfetto! Gentile chiara e rapida… La casa è snche meglio che come appare in foto… super curata arredata con stile e attenzione… non manca niente x viverla s pieno! Soggiornare in questa casa è un’esperienza. Un fine settimana di pure relax e gioia. La vasca idromassaggio poi una chicca che rende tutto speciale! Consigliatissima!!!!!! A presto! Xche’ è diventato posto del cuore!!!!

È la seconda volta che scegliamo questi bellissimo appuntamento nel centro di Anghiari. E come la prima volta siamo rimasti soddisfattissimi. Pulizia al top e confort difficile da trovare . È al centro di Anghiari 3 una volta posteggiato non hai più necessità di usare l auto. Consigliatissimo !!!!!!

Un ottima esperienza . L'appartamento è veramente bello, arredato e rifinito con gusto, pulitissimo, molto spazioso e fornito di tutto il necessario. Molto comodi i letti. Si trova in un quartiere tranquillo e si parcheggia senza problemi proprio di fronte allo stabile. Laura è stata gentilissima nel risolvere un piccolo inconveniente e ci ha dato un consigli su dove cenare. Veramente piacevole rilassarsi la sera in appartamento dopo le giornate passate in giro a visitare i dintorni, ci siamo sentiti a casa. Ci è piaciuto tanto e lo consigliamo vivamente.

Bellissimo appartamento in palazzina d'epoca, all'interno del centro storico di Lucignano, Roberto cordiale e reattivo.

Claudio's place was immaculate! I've never seen an Airbnb that was this clean and well thought out for this purpose. There was plenty of room for the two of us with space available to store our travel things for the week we were there. Claudio was very thorough in explaining how things worked and where things were located and also included notes here and there with how to deal with the trash, heating/cooling system and check out. The bed was very comfortable and there were extra pillows and blankets to use as needed. As with most Italian bathrooms, the shower was a little small for those of larger stature, but it functioned well and the amount of hot water available was plenty for 2 people to be able to shower one right after the other. Claudio also left some wonderful welcome snacks, water, wine and had the kitchen stocked with all the necessary basics for making meals at home. He even had both Italian and American coffee available with the appropriate tools for preparation.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour au Château! Rosita est une vraie perle qui nous a beaucoup aidé avec des recommandations locales. L’endroit est magnifique pour se reposer et profiter des environs. Le seul bémol c’est que nous sommes allés en avril et le Airbnb était rempli d’insectes (punaises marbrées). Ce sont des insectes plutôt inoffensifs, attirés par la lumière. Le Airbnb est à la campagne donc c’est assez normal. En plus, le temps était frais et humide durant notre séjour. Ceci dit, si vous avez une peur bleue des insectes (comme moi), c’est difficile d’y séjourner! Nous avons tué environ 20 insectes en 3 jours! En même temps, c’est le prix à payer pour rester dans un si bel endroit rustique et magique!
