Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con acceso a la playa en Province of Caserta

Ilio ist ein toller Gastgeber, sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und Reaktionsschnell. Er war auch sehr nett und flexibel, als unser Flug nach Neapel aufgrund schlechter Wetterkonditionen umgebucht wurde und wir erst um 1 Uhr(!) morgens Sessa Aurunca erreicht haben. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben, sehr sauber, geräumig. Empfehlung pur! Vielen Dank lieber Ilio, wir hatten eine wunderabare Zeit in Sessa Aurunca!

L’alloggio è molto grande ed è pulito. I bagni sono nuovi e le camere spaziose. Non ci sono zanzariere, attrezzatevi con vape e affini. La posizione è fantastica, siete in spiaggia. Tutto lo staff, reception, bagnini, addetti al verde e manutentori, bar e animatori sono gentili e disponibili. Se siete una famiglia numerosa e pensate di mangiare in casa vi segnalo che l’attrezzatura da cucina è abbastanza base ma avrete una fantastica lavatrice. Negozi comodi e vicini. Mare pulito con spiaggia di sabbia che degrada lentamente, adatto ai più piccoli. Bagnini molto attenti.

Perfect stop between Napoli and Rome, House has plenty of room, two large bedrooms large bathroom with washing machine, huge kitchen diner with great coffee and snacks left for us thank you. Ample parking outside locked gate easy access and lockbox for key to arrive any time. Local Town a bit odd maybe but when you dig deep there are amazing gems like Pineta pizza, this place is an absolute must do if you are with kids. I took my nephew and he along with two other kids made their pizza there with the owner who is incredible This experience was included in the regular price of the pizza and you can just request when you arrive and he will do his best to accommodate. Pineta pizza was the highlight of our trip and would recommend everyone to try this place. The house was perfect, huge space if you are a large party we were only two but we enjoyed it and great to have secure parking coffee et cetera. Thank you very much recommended.

Siamo stati con i bambini per quattro giorni durante il ponte del 25 Aprile nella splendida villetta di Maurizio, casa incantevole,ambiente estremamente pulito,Maurizio una persona cordialissima gentile e disponibile . La villetta oltre ad essere vicinissima al mare è dotata di tutti i comfort e di una meravigliosa zona esterna ideale per i bambini o per rilassarsi in tranquillità. Situata in una posizione ottimale sia per il mare che per i centri di Gaeta Sperlonga e Formia ha reso la nostra breve vacanza perfetta! Consigliatissima

A great property with a fabulous roof terrace looking out to sea. The beach is a few minutes walk away and lots of nearby restaurants, shops, cafes etc. Antonio was helpful and responsive. A great place for a holiday near the beach and with lots to do nearby. We visited Pompeii and Naples for the day which was easy to do and spent a few days on the beach. A stunning location to watch the sunset - both from the terrace or the beach itself.

Die Unterkunft ist schön und wie beschrieben, sehr italienisch. Man hat alles, was man braucht und ist gut angebunden. Es kann nachts etwas lauter werden, da Mondragone sehr belebt ist, wem das nicht gefällt, sollte das berücksichtigen. Das ist aber auch das einzige Manko an der Unterkunft und am Aufenthalt. Parkplätze gibt es genug, in gemütlicher Laufweite bekommt man alles, was man brauchen könnte und die 5min zum Strand und den Lidos sind definitiv ein großer Pluspunkt. Vielen Dank für alles!

Ottima posizione Alloggio bellissimo in un contesto non altrettanto bello, ma una volta entrati sembra di essere in un’altra dimensione 😅. Arredamento moderno, tutti comfort necessari, spazi puliti, ordinati, e una zona comune bellissima. Vista mare strepitosa. Consiglio tantissimo.
